60kWp太阳能光电一体化建设项目的研究与实践

【摘要】:随着化石能源消耗的不断增长,世界性的能源危机和环境问题已经日益突出。在绿色可再生能源中,太阳能凭借其存储量无限、清洁安全以及易于获取等独特优点而受到了世界各国科研领域的普遍关注,太阳能光伏发电技术的应用更是普遍关注的焦点。我国化石能源相对贫乏而能源消耗量巨大,因此展开对太阳能光伏发电技术的研究和应用上的普及对我国未来的经济发展有着非常重要的战略意义。 本文首先分析了光伏发电的重要意义,指出了浙江日报报业集团办公大楼光电一体化建设项目实施的必要条件和研究目的。根据对杭州地区的太阳总辐射资料分析研究,得出本工程所在地太阳能资源丰富、太阳能资源品质较好、具有较高开发 价值的综合评价。然后,介绍了浙江日报光电一体化项目的工程任务和规模,并对项目具体布置方案进行了分析阐述;对杭州市的电力系统概况和浙江日报报业集团办公大楼的区域电网现状进行了介绍;研究分析了浙江日报报业集团办公大楼的内部配电情况;对浙江日报光电项目的工程接入系统方案展开分析讨论,并进行了阐述。 接着具体介绍了浙江日报报业集团60kWp光电一体化项目的电站技术设计工作;分析阐述了本项目电站的电气一次以及电气二次方面的具体设计,根据太阳能辐射接收估算情况,对该项目的发电量进行了分析估算,并对项目的土建工程设计进行了介绍。 进而,对该项目的消防设计、工程施工组织及管理设计进行了介绍,对施工总进度布置、管理方式及机构的设置进行了阐述。并针对该工程对环境造成的影响,分别从有利和不利两方面进行了分析。 最后,从工程施工管理、安全生产制度、安全管理等方面提出了预防措施。介绍了光伏电站安全与卫生机构设置、人员配备及管理制度以及事故应急救援预案与专项工程实施计划。通过对该项目的财务经济评价进行深入阐述,对其社会经济效果和其他潜在效益进行了分析讨论。
[Abstract]:With the increasing consumption of fossil energy, the worldwide energy crisis and environmental problems have become increasingly prominent. In the green renewable energy, solar energy has been widely concerned in the field of scientific research all over the world because of its unique advantages such as unlimited storage, clean, safe and easy to obtain. The application of solar photovoltaic power generation technology is the focus of general concern. The fossil energy in China is relatively poor and the energy consumption is huge. Therefore, it is of great strategic significance for the future economic development of our country to develop the research and application of solar photovoltaic power generation technology. This paper first analyzes the importance of photovoltaic power generation, and points out the necessary conditions and research purposes for the implementation of the construction project of the office building of Zhejiang Daily newspaper Group. Based on the analysis and study of the total solar radiation data in Hangzhou area, it is concluded that the site of the project is rich in solar energy resources, the quality of solar energy resources is good, and the comprehensive evaluation is of high development value. Then, the paper introduces the project task and scale of Zhejiang Daily Optoelectronic Integration Project, and analyzes the specific layout of the project. This paper introduces the general situation of power system in Hangzhou and the current situation of regional power network of Zhejiang Daily newspaper Group office building, and analyzes the internal distribution of office building of Zhejiang Daily newspaper Group. This paper analyzes and discusses the scheme of the project access system of Zhejiang Daily Optoelectronic Project and expounds it. Then the paper introduces the technical design of the power station of 60kWp photoelectric integration project of Zhejiang Daily newspaper Group, analyzes and expounds the specific design of the primary and secondary electric power station of this project, according to the estimation of solar radiation, The power generation of the project is analyzed and estimated, and the civil engineering design of the project is introduced. Furthermore, the fire fighting design, construction organization and management design of the project are introduced, and the overall construction schedule arrangement, management mode and the setup of the organization are expounded. In view of the impact of the project on the environment, the advantages and disadvantages of the project are analyzed. Finally, preventive measures are put forward from engineering construction management, production safety system, safety management and so on. This paper introduces the establishment of safety and health institution, the staffing and management system, the emergency rescue plan and the implementation plan of the special project for photovoltaic power station. Based on the analysis of the financial and economic evaluation of the project, the social and economic effects and other potential benefits of the project are analyzed and discussed.
