我国钢铁企业创新内涵及路径研究

【摘要】:随着国内外钢铁市场环境的严峻变化,我国钢铁企业正面临着前所未有的挑战,如何度过“寒冬”,持续发展,成为钢铁企业的头等难题和当务之急。创新是民族进步之魂,亦是钢铁企业走出困境,调整市场结构,促进战略转型,寻求可持续发展的重要途径。然而目前我国钢铁企业还尚未成功走出一条创新之路,归根结底是企业缺乏对创新内涵的认识和把握,缺少切实可行的创新路径。因此,分析钢铁企业创新现状,界定钢铁企业创新内涵,探寻钢铁企业创新路径,对我国钢铁企业提升创新能力,提高综合竞争力具有重要意义。 论文在对国内外研究进行综述的基础上,根据国内外诸多学者对创新概念的定义,结合我国钢铁企业现状,提出了我国钢铁企业创新的定义。通过对我国钢铁企业发展历程的梳理,对行业环境的全面分析,结合我国钢铁企业创新现状,利用国内外相关创新理论,界定了我国钢铁企业的创新内涵。 论文在对相关文献研究的基础上,,归纳总结了诸多学者对创新关键因素的研究和实践,结合我国钢铁企业创新的实际情况,确定出了11个影响我国钢铁企业创新的关键因素,并设计了我国钢铁企业创新能力的测度指标体系。同时基于路径理论分析,根据钢铁企业创新的内涵,设计了我国钢铁企业创新路径的过程框架。 基于上述框架和相关文献研究,论文构建了我国钢铁企业创新路径的概念模型,并对该模型中的创新观念、创新资源、创新环境、技术创新、体制创新、商业模式创新、市场创新能力、技术创新能力和管理创新能力诸要素进行了测度指标体系设计和变量假设,从而构建了我国钢铁企业创新路径模型的结构方程模型。通过对钢铁企业进行问卷调查,获取实证数据,运用SPSS与Amos17.0软件对模型进行计算、评价与修正,从而得出可以与实际数据契合的模型,同时根据模型计算结果对创新观念、创新资源、创新环境、创新行为、创新能力间的作用关系进行了验证,最终形成了对我国钢铁企业行之有效的创新路径模型,可为钢铁企业创新提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the severe changes of steel market environment at home and abroad, Chinese iron and steel enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges. How to survive the "cold winter" and continue to develop has become the top problem and urgent task for iron and steel enterprises. Innovation is not only the soul of national progress, but also an important way for iron and steel enterprises to get out of difficulties, adjust market structure, promote strategic transformation and seek sustainable development. However, at present, the iron and steel enterprises in our country have not yet succeeded in finding a way of innovation. In the final analysis, it is the lack of understanding and grasp of the connotation of innovation and the lack of feasible ways of innovation. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the present situation of iron and steel enterprises' innovation, define the connotation of iron and steel enterprises' innovation, and explore the innovation path of iron and steel enterprises, which is of great significance to enhance the innovation ability and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of our country's iron and steel enterprises. On the basis of summarizing the domestic and foreign research, according to the definition of innovation concept by many scholars at home and abroad, combined with the present situation of iron and steel enterprises in our country, the paper puts forward the definition of innovation of iron and steel enterprises in our country. Through combing the development course of our country's iron and steel enterprises, analyzing the industry environment comprehensively, combining with the present situation of the iron and steel enterprises' innovation in our country, and using the relevant innovation theories at home and abroad, this paper defines the innovation connotation of our country's iron and steel enterprises. On the basis of the research on related literature, this paper summarizes the research and practice of many scholars on the key factors of innovation, combined with the actual situation of innovation of iron and steel enterprises in our country, determines 11 key factors that affect the innovation of iron and steel enterprises in our country. And designed our country iron and steel enterprise innovation ability measure index system. At the same time, based on the analysis of path theory and the connotation of innovation in iron and steel enterprises, the process frame of innovation path of iron and steel enterprises in China is designed. Based on the above framework and related literature research, the paper constructs a conceptual model of innovation path for iron and steel enterprises in China, and discusses the innovation concept, innovation resources, innovation environment, technological innovation, system innovation, business model innovation in this model. The market innovation ability, the technology innovation ability and the management innovation ability are designed to measure the index system and the variable hypothesis, and the structural equation model of the innovation path model of our country's iron and steel enterprises is constructed. Through the questionnaire survey to the iron and steel enterprises, obtaining the empirical data, using SPSS and Amos17.0 software to calculate, evaluate and revise the model, so as to get the model that can agree with the actual data, and at the same time, according to the results of the model calculation to the innovative ideas. The relationship between innovation resources, innovation environment, innovation behavior and innovation ability is verified. Finally, an effective innovation path model for Chinese iron and steel enterprises is formed, which can be used as a reference for iron and steel enterprises' innovation.
