JY汽车美容企业人力资源管理现状及对策研究
[Abstract]:As cars become more and more popular in people's daily life, auto beauty enterprises are constantly established and developed. However, in the face of rising labor costs, the loss of personnel in auto beauty enterprises is serious. Affect the service quality of auto beauty enterprises and even determine the success or failure of the management of enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the human resource management of automobile beauty enterprises. This article mainly takes JY automobile cosmetology enterprise as the research object, looks at the automobile cosmetology enterprise development present situation, grasps the automobile beauty profession human resources management characteristic and the present situation, consults the profession data in large quantities, On the basis of analyzing the management of employees in enterprises, we conducted interviews with employees to find out the reasons for employees to leave the enterprise in order to further diagnose the present situation of human resources management in enterprises, and found the problem of large turnover rate of personnel in enterprises. The new generation of employees is difficult to manage, the enterprise labor costs are increasing and recruitment is difficult. And from the internal factors, external factors, the new generation of staff factors and interviews with the staff to analyze the causes of problems in the enterprise's human resources management. The theory of human resources is used as the basis and three corresponding solutions are put forward: one is to perfect the construction of the enterprise human resources system, from the former human management to the system manager. To achieve the purpose of optimizing human resources management. The second is to construct the characteristic enterprise culture, let the staff feel the concern of the enterprise, in order to deepen the emotion between the employee and the enterprise. The third is to improve the working environment and tool technology to attract more people into the industry. In this paper, through the interview of the person in charge of the enterprise and the staff, combined with the various theories learned, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the problems encountered in the enterprise is carried out, and the combination of theory and practice. Finally, the implementation of the enterprise to carry out a questionnaire survey to track the effectiveness of the implementation of the enterprise plan. This not only provides a solution for how to solve the management problems encountered by JY auto beauty enterprises, but also provides some reference for the enterprises of the same size in the industry.
