基于供应链管理的兰州石化公司化工原料库存优化研究

【摘要】:随着科学技术的进步和社会的快速发展,全球范围内竞争日趋激烈,消费者在购买产品时的期望值不断上升,他们期望获得更高的产品和服务的质量,而相对于企业来说,他们开始关注自己的供应链问题,期望通过供应链的改革和发展,缩减自己的投入成本。与此同时,供应链飞速进步,企业的关注度日趋上升,更多的企业管理者将供应链管理的思想充分应用于企业的各项管理活动。但是,传统的供应链管理思想日趋不适应现代社会的发展,在实际的管理过程中出现太多的弊端,以至于给企业管理者带来很多不便,而且增加了太多的成本投入。传统的供应链管理思想亟待提升,以适应现代社会的发展和时代的进步。供应链管理思想下的库存管理更加受到人们的关注,管理者希望通过库存管理来降低不必要的成本投入,增加自身的核心竞争力,在竞争中获得优势。 本文希望通过对兰州石化公司的实地调研,找到该公司库存管理中存在的问题,运用相关供应链及库存管理策略和方法,帮助公司摆脱库存困境。本文通过对供应链管理思想和在此情景下的库存管理的描述,并且对于库存管理的方法进行总结,随后按照相关的供应链的库存控制方法来管理化工品的库存,而且结合化学品的不同特性对其进行分类管理,着重描述和分析了兰州石化公司库存管理现状,并对现有的化工原料库存控制进行分析,对改造项目对危险化学品储存现状的改善进行比较,接着针对兰州石化公司库存管理问题产生的原因,给出了解决问题的方案,通过针对性的解决方案,兰州石化公司库存问题得以改善。 该篇文章是采用理论联系实践的方法,将供应链管理理念运用到库存管理之中,体现方法的新颖、独特性,进一步说明该方式的可行性和可操作性,并且比较出相应的较好的库存控制方法,对其他企业在库存管理方面同样具有借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the progress of science and technology and the rapid development of society, the competition in the world is becoming more and more intense. The expectations of consumers when they buy products are rising. They expect to obtain higher quality of products and services. They begin to pay attention to their supply chain problems and expect to reduce their input cost through the reform and development of supply chain. At the same time, with the rapid progress of supply chain, more and more managers apply the idea of supply chain management to all kinds of management activities. However, the traditional supply chain management thought is not adapt to the development of modern society day by day, there are too many malpractices in the actual management process, so it brings a lot of inconvenience to enterprise managers, and increases too much cost input. Traditional supply chain management needs to be improved to adapt to the development of modern society and the progress of the times. Inventory management under the thought of supply chain management is more concerned by people. Managers hope to reduce unnecessary cost input increase their core competitiveness and gain advantages in the competition through inventory management. This paper hopes to find out the problems existing in the inventory management of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company through the field investigation, and to use the relevant supply chain and inventory management strategies and methods to help the company get rid of the inventory dilemma. This paper describes the idea of supply chain management and inventory management in this situation, and summarizes the methods of inventory management, and then manages the inventory of chemical products according to the relevant inventory control methods of supply chain. Combined with the different characteristics of chemicals, the paper describes and analyzes the current situation of inventory management in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, and analyzes the existing inventory control of chemical raw materials. This paper compares the improvement of the status quo of hazardous chemicals storage in the reconstruction project, and then, aiming at the reasons of the inventory management problem in Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, gives the solution to the problem, and through the targeted solution, Lanzhou Petrochemical Company inventory problems were improved. This article adopts the method of combining theory with practice, applies the concept of supply chain management to inventory management, embodies the novelty and uniqueness of the method, and further explains the feasibility and maneuverability of this way. And compare the corresponding better inventory control methods, which can also be used for reference to other enterprises in inventory management.
