火力发电厂度电燃料成本管理方法研究与实现
[Abstract]:At present, domestic thermal power plant fuel cost management software mainly focuses on the academic research and the development of independent system, the practical application level is not high, the application is not comprehensive, the software integration is not high; The application of foreign software is early, and there are a large number of practical applications, but it is not very consistent with the national conditions in China, nor has it been well applied in China. Based on the current situation of Jiujiang Power Plant and the research and analysis of domestic and foreign products, this paper hopes to solve the problems of fuel management and cost management in Jiujiang Power Plant through the research and development of management system. On the basis of the experimental mixing database, the information of all aspects is collected, the corresponding boundary conditions are set up, and the dynamic mixing calculation model is established. The digital coal yard is established, the whole situation of the coal yard is grasped in real time, and according to the plan of mixing and distributing, the further partition and management of the coal yard are directed, and the regular stacking of the coal is carried out according to the calorific value, so as to reduce the cost of storage and transportation. Establish a perfect cost accounting system, integrate with fuel management, complete the comprehensive generation cost accounting according to the mixed burning data, coal quantity, power supply, etc., and carry on the real-time analysis to the economic index and the variable cost of the calculated unit. Power generation cost to fuel cost, from fuel cost to blending scheme, tracking and analyzing system of actual coal consumption, perfecting cost optimization mechanism, realizing continuous optimization of fuel cost. A complete fuel life-cycle management system is established to improve the degree of refinement of fuel management and the management level of power plants through the development of the system and the integration of the existing fuel management.
