沈阳机床集团发展战略研究

【摘要】:随着中国工业化整体水平的不断提高,世界经济格局的变化及产业转移的影响,中国机床行业迎来了又一次黄金发展良机。但“大而不强”的问题一直困扰着中国机床行业发展,如何实现中国从机床大国向机床强国的跨越,一直是中国机床行业关注的焦点,也是行业发展研究的重要课题之一。 目前,对中国机床行业发展战略的研究更多的还是关注产品与技术方面,从宏观上探讨产品研究方向、技术发展趋势、行业发展趋势的研究工作开展的比较多,而且更多的停留在理论层面,但是真正从产业角度探讨企业如何做大做强,快速发展的研究并不多。 沈阳机床集团在快速发展的过程虽然做大企业规模,但是同样面临着严重的“大而不强”的问题,如何克服这个在问题,彻底改变企业国际化竞争能力不足,成为困扰企业发展的首要问题。 本文旨在通过对当沈阳机床集团的内外部环境的分析,进一步剖析当前沈阳机床集团发展所面临的新形势和新要求;寻找沈阳机床集团发展目前存在的问题以及制约因素,并提出可供参考的解决办法或方案;力求探究今后沈阳机床集团乃至中国机床行业实现自身发展的有效战略。 本文以沈阳机床集团为分析对象,侧重挖掘沈阳机床发展的内部约束因素,在具体环境下分析沈阳机床集团经营状况、竞争与合作关系以及相关发展战略,这种发展战略更多的是在微观层面上进行分析和思考。每个企业的发展都会有其自身不同的特点,而要对这些具体问题,特别是涉及到发展过程中具体环节上的诸多细节问题时,如果没有切实的深入了解很难抓住问题的关键所在。本文关注的重点将侧重于大环境下的企业发展战略,力求对沈阳机床集团发展过程中的一些具体问题进行剖析和探究,从而未沈阳机床集团的发展战略的制定提供可供有意义的参考,进而探讨中国机床行业未来的发展道路。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of the overall level of industrialization in China, the change of the world economic pattern and the influence of industrial transfer, the Chinese machine tool industry has ushered in another golden development opportunity. However, the problem of "big but not strong" has been puzzling the development of Chinese machine tool industry. How to realize the leapfrogging from a large country of machine tool to a powerful country of machine tool has always been the focus of attention of Chinese machine tool industry and one of the important research topics of industry development. At present, the research on the development strategy of China's machine tool industry is more focused on the product and technology aspects. From a macro perspective, the research work on the direction of product research, the trend of technology development, and the development trend of the industry has been carried out more frequently. And more stay in the theoretical level, but really from the industrial point of view to explore how to make enterprises bigger and stronger, rapid development of the research is not much. Although Shenyang Machine tool Group is making large enterprises in the process of rapid development, it is also faced with a serious "big but not strong" problem. How to overcome this problem and completely change the lack of international competitiveness of enterprises, Become the primary problem that puzzles the enterprise development. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the internal and external environment of Shenyang Machine tool Group, and further analyze the new situation and new requirements faced by Shenyang Machine tool Group at present. This paper looks for the problems and restrictive factors existing in the development of Shenyang Machine tool Group, and puts forward some solutions or solutions for reference, and tries to explore the effective strategy for the realization of its own development in Shenyang Machine tool Group and even in China's machine tool industry in the future. This article takes Shenyang Machine tool Group as the analysis object, especially excavates the internal restriction factor of the Shenyang Machine tool Development, analyzes the Shenyang Machine tool Group operating condition, the competition and the cooperation relation and the related development strategy under the concrete environment. This development strategy is more in the micro-level analysis and thinking. The development of each enterprise will have its own different characteristics, and it is difficult to grasp the key to these specific problems, especially to many details of the specific links in the process of development without a practical and in-depth understanding. The focus of this paper will focus on the enterprise development strategy under the general environment, and strive to analyze and explore some specific problems in the development process of Shenyang Machine tool Group. Therefore, the formulation of development strategy of Shenyang Machine tool Group can provide a meaningful reference for the future development of China's machine tool industry.
