C公司新产品研发项目管理问题及改进措施

【摘要】:C公司是一家新兴的“研发型”平板显示高新技术企业,主要从事第三代平板显示器件OLED的研发及生产,随着行业的发展,C公司目前所掌握的技术远远满足不了发展需求,迫切需要研究行业新技术,因此公司定位于“研发型”,大力研究行业新技术,完成技术积累,等待时机成熟切入产业化量产。随着新技术研发项目的数量增多,以及对项目的质量要求的提高,使得项目管理的压力变大,而目前公司的项目负责人的管理水平有限,项目管理存在许多不良问题,大大阻碍公司项目的开展和公司的发展。 本论文首先阐释项目管理的理论知识及新产品项目管理知识,,然后对C公司的项目管理现状进行介绍,指出现阶段其项目管理所存在的问题,然后运用所阐释的项目管理知识分析产生这些问题的原因,并提出C公司项目管理的改进措施,并以论文作者作为项目经理所承担的项目为例子,对项目进行优化,提高项目的管理水平。
[Abstract]:Company C is an emerging "R & D" flat panel display high-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in the third generation flat panel display device OLED R & D and production. With the development of the industry, C Company's current technology can not meet the needs of development. It is urgent to study the new technology of the industry, so the company is positioned in the "R & D type", vigorously studies the new technology of the industry, completes the technology accumulation, and waits for the time to mature and cut into the industrialization mass production. With the increase in the number of new technology R & D projects and the improvement of project quality requirements, the pressure on project management has become greater. However, at present, the management level of project leaders in the company is limited, and there are many bad problems in project management. Greatly hinder the development of the company's projects and the company's development. This paper first explains the theoretical knowledge of project management and the knowledge of project management of new products, then introduces the current situation of project management in company C, and points out the problems existing in project management at this stage. Then using the explained knowledge of project management to analyze the causes of these problems, and put forward the improvement measures of project management in company C, and take the project undertaken by the author as project manager as an example to optimize the project. Improve project management level.
