食品供应链环境下库存控制的动力学分析与研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济和社会的快速发展,人民群众的生活水平已经发生了显著的变化,对食品的追求已经从过去的吃饱向着吃得健康和吃得安全转变,所以,这就导致了对“食品安全”越来越高的需求,在食品安全中,对成本影响最大的就是的库存问题。基于此,为了能尽可能降低库存成本,食品企业逐渐认识到供应链环境下库存管理的重要性,目前很多食品企业所采用的传统库存管理方式已不能很好地满足日益变化的市场需求,食品安全问题时有发生,因此,应转变采取供应链环境下库存管理方式。 本文所研究的重点集中在食品供应链环境下的库存优化,首先阐述了食品供应链管理与现代库存管理的基本理论,以及系统动力学的相关理论、建模原理及特点的分析与总结,并分析食品供应链上的各组织行为主体之间的利益关系,食品供应链环境下库存控制的系统动力学特性;其次分别对传统库存模式、VMI和JMI三种食品供应链环境下的库存模式进行对比研究分析,并运用Vensim PLE仿真软件对其进行仿真研究;最后在不同的市场需求环境下,分别对库存、产品变质量和牛鞭效应进行对比研究,找出传统库存模式的不足,得出适合食品供应链库存的策略模式,并提出给予仿真分析的优化建议。本文把系统动力学中对库存的一般性研究扩展到食品供应链库存领域中,为食品供应链管理者提供了一种新的解决方法。
[Abstract]:With the rapid economic and social development of our country, the standard of living of the people has undergone remarkable changes. The pursuit of food has changed from eating and satiating in the past to eating healthily and safely, so, This has led to a growing demand for "food safety", in which the biggest impact on costs is the inventory problem. Therefore, in order to reduce inventory cost as much as possible, food enterprises gradually realize the importance of inventory management in supply chain environment. At present, the traditional inventory management methods adopted by many food enterprises can not meet the changing market demand, and food safety problems occur from time to time. Therefore, the inventory management mode under the supply chain environment should be changed. This paper focuses on the inventory optimization in the food supply chain environment. Firstly, the basic theory of food supply chain management and modern inventory management, the related theory of system dynamics, the analysis and summary of modeling principle and characteristics are expounded. It also analyzes the interest relationship among the organization actors in the food supply chain and the system dynamics characteristics of inventory control in the food supply chain environment. Secondly, the traditional inventory mode, VMI and JMI in the food supply chain environment are compared and analyzed, and Vensim PLE simulation software is used to simulate them. Finally, in the different market demand environment, the inventory, product variable quality and bullwhip effect are compared to find out the shortcomings of the traditional inventory model, and get the strategy model suitable for food supply chain inventory. The optimization suggestions for simulation analysis are also put forward. In this paper, the general research on inventory in system dynamics is extended to the field of food supply chain inventory, which provides a new solution for food supply chain managers.
