石油终端消费强度的城镇化引致效应——基于库兹涅茨曲线的实证研究

【摘要】：我国石油终端消费强度库兹涅茨曲线在不同地区普遍存在,因各地区经济态势与发展阶段的不同其库兹涅茨曲线也不相同,经济结构与城乡人口结构等因素与我国石油消费强度联系密切。从长远来看,技术进步是解决能源效率的根本因素,应采用各种方法促进技术更新和新技术推广应用,并加强高耗能行业的结构调整,提高能源利用效率和经济效益,控制石油能源消费总量的增长速度。同时,应做好产业升级工作,使产业向专业化、技术化发展。通过采取削减配额总量、降低出口退税率、加征出口关税、停止加工贸易等综合性措施,有效地抑制高耗能、高污染、资源性产品出口。
[Abstract]:The Kuznets curve of China's oil end-consumption intensity exists generally in different regions, and the Kuznets curve varies from region to region because of the different economic situation and development stage. Economic structure and urban and rural population structure and other factors are closely related to China's oil consumption intensity. In the long run, technological progress is the fundamental factor in solving energy efficiency. Various methods should be adopted to promote technology renewal and new technology popularization and application, and to strengthen the structural adjustment of energy-consuming industries and to improve energy efficiency and economic efficiency. To control the growth rate of total petroleum energy consumption. At the same time, we should do a good job in upgrading the industry to specialization and technical development. By taking comprehensive measures such as reducing the total amount of quota, reducing export tax rebate rate, adding export tariff, stopping processing trade and so on, the export of high energy consumption, high pollution and resource products can be effectively restrained.
