约翰迪尔天拖公司ERP系统应用绩效评价研究

【摘要】:摘要:以信息技术为代表的高新技术正带领人们迈入信息时代。但是随着信息化进程的不断加快,企业所面临的竞争环境也越来越残酷,因而希望通过信息化来加强企业管理,提升企业综合竞争实力,巩固企业竞争地位成为大势所趋,这就导致对ERP的投资越来越关注。就目前而言,我国的企业对ERP已经有了足够的重视,并取得了很大的成就,并且发展趋势也很乐观。但经过多年的发展仍然面临许多亟待解决的问题,这些问题制约着ERP向更深与更高层次的提升。其中一个至关重要的环节就是如何科学、有效、合理的对ERP项目的应用成果进行评价,正确揭示ERP的使用情况。一种科学有效的评估方法,对于ERP的推广及提高,推动企业信息化进程的加快,企业信息系统的完善,都起着重要的作用。 本文在借鉴学习目前国内外对ERP绩效评价的相关研究成果的基础上,进行一下几个方面的研究:首先介绍了平衡计分卡法的相关理论及应用现状,并对比分析该方法在ERP绩效评价中的优势,分析ERP应用对企业绩效的影响;根据ERP系统与平衡计分卡的适用性分析,在指标体系的建立上采用‘平衡计分卡’评价方法全面考察ERP在企业各个方面应用是否成功,建立基于平衡计分卡的四个维度的指标体系,四个维度包括财务、顾客、内部业务及学习与发展;其次在指标权数的设置上,采用层次分析法和专家综合评价法,构造模糊评价矩阵,给出计算指标的权重。在综合评价模型的建立上,采用多层次模糊综合评价法建立ERP综合评价模型。最后以约翰迪尔天拖公司的具体案例,运用本文所构建的指标评价体系的方法和综合评价模型对其进行评价,得出最终评价结果,供企业相关部门参考。
[Abstract]:Abstract: high-tech represented by information technology is leading people into the information age. However, with the rapid development of information technology, the competitive environment that enterprises are facing is becoming more and more cruel. Therefore, it is hoped to strengthen the management of enterprises, enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of enterprises and consolidate the competitive position of enterprises through information technology. This leads to more and more attention to the investment in ERP. At present, Chinese enterprises have paid enough attention to ERP, and have made great achievements, and the development trend is very optimistic. However, after years of development, there are still many problems that need to be solved. These problems restrict the promotion of ERP to a deeper and higher level. One of the most important links is how to evaluate the application results of ERP project scientifically, effectively and reasonably, and reveal the usage of ERP correctly. A scientific and effective evaluation method plays an important role in the promotion and improvement of ERP, the acceleration of enterprise information process and the improvement of enterprise information system. On the basis of studying the relevant research results of ERP performance evaluation at home and abroad, this paper makes some research on the following aspects: firstly, it introduces the relevant theory and application status of balanced Scorecard method. The advantage of this method in ERP performance evaluation is analyzed, and the influence of ERP application on enterprise performance is analyzed. According to the applicability analysis of ERP system and balanced scorecard, the evaluation method of "balanced Scorecard" is adopted to evaluate the success of ERP in every aspect of enterprise. Establish the index system of four dimensions based on balanced scorecard, including finance, customer, internal business, learning and development; Secondly, the fuzzy evaluation matrix is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert comprehensive evaluation method, and the weight of the index is given. In the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation model, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the comprehensive evaluation model of ERP. Finally, with the specific case of John Deere Tiantao Company, using the method of the index evaluation system and the comprehensive evaluation model, the final evaluation results are obtained for the reference of the relevant departments of the enterprise.
