基于BIM的建筑供应链信息集成管理模式研究

【摘要】:随着建筑业的不断发展,我国工程项目的建设日益大型化、复杂化、多样化,工程建设行业取得一定发展成就的同时面临着很多挑战。行业生产效率低下、资源浪费严重、整体价值偏低等问题一直制约着建筑业可持续发展,项目实施过程工程变更多、工期拖延、成本超支、质量低下等现象经常发生,安全事故也屡见不鲜。究其根本原因,在于工程项目的建设过程参与者众多、建设过程相互分离,各方之间没有形成统一的信息共享平台,有效沟通与交流的缺乏造成了很多宝贵信息资源的流失。 建筑供应链管理模式是供应链管理思想在建筑业应用的具体化,通过借助于先进的信息技术对参与方之间的信息流、物流、资金流进行有效地控制和管理,实现工项目的整体化交付。而在信息管理方面具有突出优势的BIM技术,是工程界在理论研究和工程实践的基础上总结出来的变革性信息技术。建筑供应链管理模式要想高效地实现工程项目整体交付,必须通过集成化管理对信息流进行有效的控制和协调,BIM的出现可以满足建筑供应链信息集成化管理的需求,增加专业沟通、减少信息资源浪费。 本文首先在建筑供应链管理理论和BIM内涵概述的基础上,概括建筑企业实施供应链管理模式时存在的信息管理问题,对建筑供应链信息管理和BIM的契合点进行分析,论证建筑供应链信息集成管理模式下BIM应用的可行性。其次,构建基于BIM的建筑供应链信息集成管理模式,从信息整合、标准化、交互三个角度对模式的构成进行详细分析,并指明模式的实现需要解决的核心问题。最后,在探讨模式运作平台的基础上,从设计与施工整合、采购与供应集成、交付与运营协调三个方面对模式运作进行分析,并给出模式运作在建设行业、建筑企业、工程项目层面的不同价值,认为BIM应用于工程建设实践需要IPD、精益建造等先进建造管理技术的支撑,,并结合现状探讨了BIM应用的支撑环境建设。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the construction industry, the construction of engineering projects in China is increasingly large-scale, complex, diversified, engineering construction industry has made certain achievements in the development of the face of a lot of challenges at the same time. Problems such as inefficient production, serious waste of resources and low overall value have been restricting the sustainable development of the construction industry. Safety accidents are also common. The fundamental reason is that there are many participants in the construction process of the project, the construction process is separated from each other, there is no unified information sharing platform between the parties, and the lack of effective communication and communication results in the loss of a lot of valuable information resources. Construction supply chain management mode is the concrete application of supply chain management in construction industry. By means of advanced information technology, the information flow, logistics and capital flow among participants are effectively controlled and managed. Realize the integrated delivery of the project. The BIM technology, which has outstanding advantages in information management, is a transformative information technology summarized by the engineering field on the basis of theoretical research and engineering practice. In order to realize the overall delivery of engineering project efficiently, the construction supply chain management mode must control and coordinate the information flow effectively through integrated management. The appearance of BIM can meet the demand of integrated information management in construction supply chain. Increase professional communication and reduce waste of information resources. Based on the theory of architectural supply chain management and the outline of BIM connotation, this paper summarizes the information management problems existing in the implementation of supply chain management mode in construction enterprises, and analyzes the convergence point between information management of construction supply chain and BIM. The feasibility of the application of BIM under the information integration management mode of building supply chain is demonstrated. Secondly, the information integration management model of building supply chain based on BIM is constructed, and the structure of the model is analyzed in detail from three angles of information integration, standardization and interaction, and the core problems to be solved in the realization of the model are pointed out. Finally, on the basis of discussing the mode operation platform, this paper analyzes the mode operation from three aspects: design and construction integration, procurement and supply integration, delivery and operation coordination, and gives the model operation in construction industry and construction enterprise. It is considered that the application of BIM in engineering construction needs the support of advanced construction management technology such as lean construction of IPD, and the construction of supporting environment for BIM application is discussed in combination with the present situation.
