中外汽车产业市场结构的比较研究

【摘要】:汽车产业是我国国民经济的重要支柱产业,在所有工业总产值中汽车工业总产值占比约20%,占据了相当核心的位置,所以汽车产业良好、迅速的发展对于推进我国国民经济的发展起着决定性的作用。 正是由于汽车产业在国民经济中起到非常重要的作用,笔者便开始潜心的对我国的汽车产业的市场结构进行分析与研究,首先明确汽车产业具有规模经济与马歇尔冲突的特殊性,其次对国际上知名的汽车强国美国、日本以及德国的汽车产业的市场结构进行分析与研究,从而得到一些经验借鉴,最后将我国的汽车产业的市场结构与以上三个国家的分析结果进行比较研究。 通过比较分析之后发现我国汽车产业的市场结构存在着很多不可忽视的问题,例如汽车产业市场集中度很低、市场效率也不尽如人意等一些问题。本文主要借鉴的国家包括美国、日本和德国,国际汽车大国汽车产业市场结构的一个突出的相同的特征:寡头垄断型的市场结构将慢慢的成为了主导,一个国家的汽车产业的发展程度与市场的需求越成熟,那么它的寡头垄断型市场结构的特点就会越突显。众所周知,,汽车产业是一个具有很强规模经济性的产业,更加增强了它的规模经济性尤其是其中的研发活动的加强和新产品推出频率的加快。当前世界上的汽车产业的集团都在进一步的扩大规模,年产量二百万辆已经算是小集团了,会被认为存在单独生存的一系列危机。与国外汽车大国相比较,我国的单个企业的规模非常小,也就是汽车产业还是相对的分散[1]。 因此,怎样从世界上汽车大国的汽车产业市场结构的发展中来发现我国汽车在产业结构方面存在的问题,并从中外的比较中找出差距,在此基础上采取一定有效的措施,进一步的改善汽车产业的产业结构,进而推动我国汽车产业的发展,加快我国汽车产业市场结构的合理性发展,便是当前亟待解决的问题。本文便是在这样的背景下构思的。 全文共分为五部分:第一部分是引言,概要介绍了当今世界及中国汽车产业的发展背景; 第二部分主要论述了有关汽车产业市场结构的理论基础; 第三部分对世界主要汽车大国汽车产业市场结构的演变进行了简单的陈述; 第四部分是本篇论文的核心,主要是将中国汽车产业市场结构与主要世界汽车强国的汽车产业市场结构的比较分析; 最后一部分是本篇论文的结论与政策建议。
[Abstract]:The automobile industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy of our country. The total output value of the automobile industry accounts for about 20 percent of all the total industrial output value, which occupies a fairly central position, so the automobile industry is good. Rapid development plays a decisive role in promoting the development of our national economy. It is precisely because the automobile industry plays a very important role in the national economy that the author begins to concentrate on the analysis and research of the market structure of the automobile industry in our country. First of all, it is clear that the automobile industry has the particularity of the conflict between economies of scale and Marshall. Secondly, the market structure of the automobile industry of the United States, Japan and Germany, which is famous in the world, is analyzed and studied. Finally, the market structure of China's automobile industry is compared with the results of the above three countries. Through comparative analysis, it is found that there are many problems that can not be ignored in the market structure of automobile industry in China, such as the low concentration degree of the automobile industry and the unsatisfactory market efficiency, and so on. This article mainly draws lessons from the countries including the United States, Japan and Germany, the international automobile big country automobile industry market structure prominent one common characteristic: the oligopoly market structure will gradually become the dominant, The more mature a country's automobile industry is and the more mature its market demand, the more prominent will be its oligopolistic market structure. As we all know, the automobile industry is an industry with strong economies of scale, which enhances its scale economy, especially the strengthening of R & D activities and the acceleration of new product launch frequency. Groups in the world's auto industry are now expanding further, with annual production of two million vehicles already considered a small group, and a series of crises considered to exist on their own. Compared with foreign automobile countries, the scale of individual enterprises in China is very small, that is, the automobile industry is still relatively dispersed. Therefore, how to find out the problems existing in the industrial structure of China's automobile industry from the development of the market structure of the automobile industry of the major automobile countries in the world, and to find out the gap from the comparison between China and foreign countries, and then take some effective measures on this basis. To further improve the industrial structure of automobile industry, and then promote the development of China's automobile industry, accelerate the rational development of the market structure of China's automobile industry, is the current problem to be solved. This article is in such a background to conceive. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which introduces the development background of the automobile industry in the world and China, the second part mainly discusses the theoretical basis of the market structure of the automobile industry. The third part makes a brief statement on the evolution of the market structure of automobile industry in the major automobile countries in the world. The fourth part is the core of this paper, mainly compares the market structure of Chinese automobile industry with that of the major automobile countries in the world, and the last part is the conclusion and policy recommendations of this paper.
