第三方物流与供应商管理库存集成供应链库存与运输策略研究

【摘要】:随着全球化经济和供应链理论的不断发展,供应商管理库存(Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI)因其能够消除牛鞭效应,降低供应链成本等优势而被广泛应用和研究。但是,由于受到供应商物流能力的制约,对供应商而言,实施VMI并不一定能带来切实的利益。而随着第三方物流(Third Party Logistics, TPL)引入VMI运作,VMITPL集成供应链有效地弥补了VMI的缺陷,降低了供应链物流成本,提升了供应链的整体水平。因此,VMITPL集成供应链理论越来越多地受到国内外学者和企业的关注。至今,对VMITPL理论的研究尚处于初级阶段,仍有许多方面需要完善,鉴于此,本论文在探讨VMITPL集成模式的基础上,进一步研究了VMITPL库存运输策略以及VMITPL策略在企业中的实施方案。 首先,本论文阐述了VMI的内涵、优势与不足,TPL的内涵,VMI与TPL的集成,VMI和VMITPL供应链的库存运输等问题的国内外研究现状,并介绍了两种最常见的VMI供应链运作模式:供应商到分销商VMI供应链和供应商到制造商VMI供应链。 其次,本论文研究了“多供应商、单制造商、单TPL”和“单供应商、多分销商、单TPL”这两种最常见VMITPL供应链,提出了其运作模式,并在经济效果模型的基础上,分别建立了库存策略模型和运输策略模型,并就上述模型设计相应解法,得到了各种情况下的最优库存运输策略。 最后,本论文以S公司供应链运作为案例,研究了VMITPL策略在S公司实施的运作流程和实施过程,并应用库存运输策略模型,结合S公司的历年销售和生产数据,分析比较了现行EOQ策略与VMITPL策略对S公司供应链成本的影响。结果表明,实施VMITPL策略在理论上能够降低S公司的成本。
[Abstract]:With the development of global economy and supply chain theory, VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory,VMI has been widely used and studied because of its advantages of eliminating bullwhip effect and reducing supply chain cost. However, due to the constraints of suppliers' logistics ability, the implementation of VMI does not necessarily bring real benefits to suppliers. With the introduction of VMI into the third party logistics (TPL) (Third Party Logistics, TPL), VMITPL integrated supply chain can effectively remedy the defects of VMI, reduce the cost of supply chain logistics, and improve the overall level of supply chain. Therefore, the theory of VMITPL integrated supply chain is paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign scholars and enterprises. Up to now, the study of VMITPL theory is still in the primary stage, and there are still many aspects to be improved. In view of this, this paper further studies the VMITPL inventory transport strategy and the implementation scheme of VMITPL strategy in enterprises on the basis of discussing the VMITPL integration mode. Firstly, this paper describes the connotation, advantages and disadvantages of VMI, the connotation of TPL, the integration of VMI and TPL, the inventory transportation of VMI and VMITPL supply chain and so on. It also introduces two most common VMI supply chain modes: Vendor to Distributor VMI supply chain and supplier to manufacturer VMI supply chain. Secondly, this paper studies the two most common VMITPL supply chain, "multi-supplier, single-manufacturer, single-TPL" and "single supplier, multi-distributor, single TPL", and puts forward its operation mode, and on the basis of economic effect model, the paper studies the two most common VMITPL supply chains, which are "multi-supplier, single-manufacturer, single TPL" and "single supplier, multi-distributor, single TPL". The inventory strategy model and the transportation strategy model are established, and the corresponding solutions are designed to obtain the optimal inventory transportation strategy under various circumstances. Finally, this paper takes S Company's supply chain operation as an example, studies the operation process and implementation process of VMITPL strategy in S Company, and applies inventory transportation strategy model, combined with S company's sales and production data over the years. The influence of current EOQ strategy and VMITPL strategy on supply chain cost of S Company is analyzed and compared. The results show that the implementation of VMITPL strategy can reduce the cost of S Company in theory.
