北京燃气集团物资管理信息系统建设研究

【摘要】:“十二五”期间,为实现北京燃气集团跨越式的发展,围绕公司“立足北京,内外并举,专注燃气,上下延伸”的发展战略,以信息化促进企业管理现代化和运营数字化,努力打造国内一流、国际先进的燃气企业,真正实现信息化对集团发展的整体支撑作用,为了实现这个目标,本文对生产运营中的物资管理平台信息系统的建设进行了研究。 北京燃气物资管理相关部门一直坚持集团公司基建、技改大修理工程燃气专用物资“统一采购、统一供应”的原则,保证工程物资的顺利供应,同时不断探索新的物资采购模式;在努力改善现有业务的基础上,北京燃气还希望以信息化带动管理现代化,通过实施先进的物资管理信息系统,实现物资计划管理、采购招投标管理、供应商管理、网络采购及远程审批等业务的集约化和标准化管理,解决目前物资管理工作中存在的主要问题,提高工作效率,实现阳光采购。 通过对北京燃气集团物资分公司以及其他综合分公司物资管理的业务进行需求调研、归纳和分析,结合组织结构优化建设,本文对系统和流程进行了论证、优化,实现了物资管理信息系统的建设开发。根据实际应用情况,北京燃气集团物资信息系统主要包括物料管理、需求管理、采购管理、合同管理、库存管理、供应管理、质检管理、供应商管理、财务结算管理、综合管理等内容。 通过该企业信息系统的建设及以后应用,加速了北京燃气集团物资管理现代化的进程,提高了现有工作人员的工作效率,实现了物资在整个集团公司及供应链的共享程度,提高了物资管理的整体决策水平和市场竞争力,实现了社会效益与经济效益双赢。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, in order to realize the development of Beijing Gas Group by leaps and bounds, around the company's development strategy of "standing in Beijing, developing at the same time inside and outside, focusing on gas, extending up and down", we will promote the modernization of enterprise management and the digitization of operation with information. In order to achieve this goal, this paper studies the construction of information system of material management platform in production and operation. The related departments of gas and material management in Beijing have always adhered to the principle of "unified procurement and unified supply" of special gas materials for the group company's capital construction, major technical renovation and repair projects, so as to ensure the smooth supply of engineering materials. At the same time, we constantly explore the new material procurement model; On the basis of efforts to improve the existing business, Beijing Gas also hopes to use information technology to drive the modernization of management, and through the implementation of advanced material management information systems, the implementation of material planning management, procurement bidding management, supplier management, The intensive and standardized management of network purchasing and remote examination and approval can solve the main problems existing in material management at present, improve working efficiency and realize sunshine purchasing. Through the investigation, induction and analysis of the materials management business of Beijing Gas Group material Branch and other comprehensive branch companies, this paper demonstrates and optimizes the system and process, combining with the optimization of the organizational structure. The construction and development of material management information system are realized. According to the actual application, the material information system of Beijing Gas Group mainly includes material management, demand management, procurement management, contract management, inventory management, supply management, quality inspection management, supplier management, financial settlement management, Integrated management, etc. Through the construction of the enterprise information system and its application in the future, it speeds up the modernization of the material management of Beijing Gas Group, improves the working efficiency of the existing staff, and realizes the sharing degree of the materials in the whole group company and the supply chain. The overall decision-making level and market competitiveness of material management are improved, and both social and economic benefits are realized.
