国际电力工程项目风险管理研究
[Abstract]:In today's economic globalization, China's position in the world economy is becoming increasingly important. As one of the main forms of "going out" strategy, China's international contracting projects are developing rapidly. More and more domestic construction enterprises begin to contract projects internationally, and have gained more and more market share. In order to avoid risks and increase profit opportunities, it is urgent to strengthen the risk management of international engineering projects. However, on the one hand, because of the weakness of Chinese engineering enterprises, the risk management of international engineering projects is relatively weak; on the other hand, there are many uncertain factors in various aspects of international engineering projects, which may lead to a variety of risks. These reasons will make Chinese engineering enterprises face enormous challenges in international engineering project contracting. In this paper, the main risk factors of international engineering projects are systematically studied from the point of view of our country's external engineering contractors. Firstly, the paper introduces the current situation and existing problems of China's foreign engineering contracting enterprises in the international engineering market, and summarizes the research status of risk management at home and abroad. Then, the risk of international engineering projects is classified and analyzed, and the main measures of risk response and monitoring are put forward. Finally, an empirical study on risk management is carried out through the power engineering project of Hesa Project in India. Risk identification is the premise and foundation of risk analysis, evaluation and response. This paper mainly introduces the risk identification technology and tools, and uses these tools to classify the risk according to the source, and establishes a relatively perfect risk identification index system. In the aspect of risk analysis and evaluation, the risk evaluation model is introduced from two aspects: quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Risk analysis is the process of using all kinds of management science and technology and combining qualitative and quantitative methods to estimate the risk and evaluate the degree of risk impact. It is the basis of project decision-making and the basis of risk management. In the aspect of risk response and monitoring, this paper introduces the risk coping strategies from four aspects: risk avoidance, risk transfer, risk mitigation and risk retention, and puts forward the need to strengthen risk monitoring. These provide a reference for Chinese engineering enterprises to participate in the risk management of international engineering projects, and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for Chinese engineering enterprises to open up the international market and deal with the opportunities and challenges brought by WTO.
