对标管理在T市烟草商业企业的应用研究

【摘要】:对标管理理论是20世纪70年代在企业管理领域中十分流行的一种管理理论。从其1976年产生至今,在提高企业管理绩效方面发挥了重要作用,在企业管理实践中产生了极大的影响并取得了巨大的成效,被誉为20世纪世界三大管理方法之一。随着世界经济一体化速度的加快,中国烟草行业也越来越多地面对国际竞争的挑战。2009年,中国烟草总公司借鉴西方企业对标管理的成功经验,在行业内大力推行对标管理,制订了对标指标与实施方案。对标管理对于提升管理、挖潜增效、控制成本有着重要的作用,在中国烟草行业有着广泛的应用空间。本文通过对T市烟草商业企业对标管理的现状的分析,研究探讨当前T市烟草商业企业对标管理整体工作中存在的不足之处。借助对美国施乐公司、中海油、中国南方电网等国内外企业对标管理成功经验的分析,本文提出了从对标管理工作体系,对标管理指标体系,对标管理考核体系三大体系入手全面完善T市烟草商业企业对标管理的建议。
[Abstract]:Counterpoint management theory is a very popular management theory in the field of enterprise management in the 1970s. Since its emergence in 1976, it has played an important role in improving the performance of enterprise management, has had a great impact on the practice of enterprise management and achieved great results. It has been praised as one of the three management methods in the world in the 20th century. With the acceleration of the integration of the world economy, the Chinese tobacco industry is increasingly facing the challenge of international competition. In 2009, China Tobacco Corporation used the successful experience of western enterprises to implement the bidding management in the industry. The target and implementation plan are worked out. Standard management plays an important role in promoting management, tapping potential and increasing efficiency, and controlling cost, and it has wide application space in Chinese tobacco industry. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the standard management of tobacco commercial enterprises in T City, this paper discusses the deficiencies in the overall management of tobacco commercial enterprises in T City. By analyzing the successful experiences of American Xerox Company, CNOOC, China Southern Power Grid and other domestic and foreign enterprises in the management of the standard, this paper puts forward the work system of the standard management, the index system of the management of the standard. Three systems of standard management and assessment system are proposed to improve the standard management of tobacco commercial enterprises in T City.
