廊坊杨芬港配套110千伏输变电工程综合评价研究
[Abstract]:Transmission and transformation construction projects can alleviate the supply pressure of electricity demand and ensure the stable operation of the power grid. The implementation of transmission and transformation projects can be regarded as the basis of ensuring the residents' electricity consumption and the national economic development. A scientific comprehensive evaluation of the implementation of power transmission and transformation projects is helpful to measure the overall construction situation of the project and to provide a basis for decision making for the implementation of subsequent projects. The 110kV power transmission and transformation project in Yangfen Port of Langfang City is built to meet the demands of regional and even social electric power load, optimize the power network structure, reduce network losses, improve the quality and reliability of power supply, and finally enhance the national economic benefits. On the basis of reading relevant documents, this paper puts forward the overall research idea of comprehensive evaluation of 110 kV power transmission and transformation project in Yangfen Port of Langfang. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the paper, and then introduces the basic situation of the 110 kV power transmission and transformation project in Yangfen Port, including its design criterion, engineering overview, route selection scheme, In terms of project cost, four sub-projects supporting 110 kV power transmission and transformation project in Yangfen Port are introduced in detail. Considering the market demand, economic benefit, environmental benefit, technical level, project cost and route rationality of the transmission and transformation project as a whole, the evaluation index system of Yangfen Port supporting 110 kV transmission and transformation project is established. Finally, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is applied to the comprehensive evaluation of the project. The results show that the comprehensive benefit of the project is very good, which can relieve the pressure of power supply, meet the needs of local load development, promote the reliability of power supply in Hebei Province, bring rich profits for the enterprises themselves, and promote the social and economic benefits greatly. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the transmission and transformation project, which has strong practical and referential significance.
