建筑施工企业核心业务风险管理研究

【摘要】:建筑施工行业是当前国民经济发展的重点和热门领域,在市场化快速发展的今天,建筑施工企业核心业务的风险管理问题成为建筑施工企业发展的关键。本文以建筑施工企业核心业务风险为研究对象,深入地分析了建筑业的发展现状和建筑施工企业的发展环境,界定了建筑施工企业核心业务的范畴,即主要体现在施工企业的工程项目施工与管理。通过对风险的类型的描述,探讨建筑施工企业核心业务的风险特征。本文认为建筑施工企业核心业务风险具有客观性、大量性、易发性、后果严重性、相对性和政策依赖性等特点。在些基础上,构建了建筑施工企业核心业务风险管理体系,并提出了四阶段风险管理框架,具体包括风险的基本分析、风险的识别与分类、风险评价、风险应对四个阶段。随后,探讨了风险识别流程与识别方法,并运用风险识别方法对建筑施工企业核心业务风险进行识别、分类,并对诱发风险的原因进行了探讨。文章在构建建筑施工企业核心业务风险评价指标的基础上,建立了基于模糊综合评价方法的风险评价模型。 论文以江南水利水电工程公司作为实际研究对象,针对该企业的核心业务,从经营风险、管理风险、财务风险三个方面建设了14个核心业务风险评判指标,形成一套体系结构,运用模糊综合评价体系进行评判,结果表明该方法具有一定的实践可操作性与实效性,并有针对性地提出了相应的风险管理对策。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is the focus and hot field of the current national economy development. With the rapid development of the market today, the risk management of the core business of the construction enterprise becomes the key to the development of the construction enterprise. Taking the core business risk of the construction enterprise as the research object, this paper deeply analyzes the present situation of the construction industry and the development environment of the construction enterprise, and defines the scope of the core business of the construction enterprise. That is, mainly reflected in the construction enterprise project construction and management. By describing the types of risks, this paper discusses the risk characteristics of the core business of construction enterprises. This paper holds that the core business risks of construction enterprises are characterized by objectivity, mass, vulnerability, severity of consequences, relativity and policy dependence. On these basis, the paper constructs the risk management system of the core business of construction enterprises, and puts forward a four-stage risk management framework, including the basic analysis of risk, the identification and classification of risk, the risk evaluation and risk response. Then, the paper discusses the risk identification process and identification method, and uses the risk identification method to identify and classify the core business risks of construction enterprises, and discusses the causes of inducing risks. On the basis of constructing the risk evaluation index of the core business of the construction enterprise, the risk evaluation model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established in this paper. This paper takes Jiangnan Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering Company as the actual research object, aiming at the core business of this enterprise, from three aspects of management risk, management risk and financial risk, it builds 14 core business risk evaluation indexes, and forms a set of system structure. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation system is used to judge the method. The results show that the method is practical and effective, and the corresponding risk management countermeasures are put forward.
