铅酸蓄电池全过程物流管理研究

【摘要】:在我国,铅酸蓄电池产业目前已形成产品覆盖面广、生产技术体系完善和企业集群区域稳定的产业结构。随着产品竞争日趋激烈和市场需求的变化,物流成本和物流服务水平已在很大程度上决定了产品竞争优势,成为衡量产品竞争力的重要因素。国内铅蓄企业普遍存在规模小、分布散、物流成本高、回收难度大、回收效率低等特点和不足,与国外发达国家相比存在较大差距。同时,物流管理水平低下,缺乏物流整体管理意识,缺乏物流创新。在全球低碳经济和绿色经济的发展趋势下,国内铅蓄电池企业迫切需要通过提高物流管理水平,显著降低物流成本和提高服务水平,以适应市场需求和提升企业在国际环境中的生存能力和竞争地位。本文主要研究铅酸蓄电池全过程物流管理。通过对全过程物流的有效管理实现成本有效控制,提升铅酸蓄电池企业的物流服务水平。主要研究内容包括:通过对铅酸蓄电池生产物流、运输物流、仓储物流和回收物流的全过程分析,找出物流特点;进而通过对运营环境的分析、物流的风险控制分析和现下的物流外包模式分析,找出物流管理的难点,得出实现全过程集成化物流管理是解决铅酸蓄电池企业物流困境的途径;基于此解决途径,提出铅酸蓄电池全过程物流管理的相应对策。对策能够在一定程度上实现铅酸蓄电池物流成本节约,增强生产企业的竞争力。
[Abstract]:In our country, the lead-acid battery industry has formed the industrial structure with wide product coverage, perfect production technology system and stable region of enterprise cluster. With the fierce competition of products and the change of market demand, logistics cost and logistics service level have decided the competitive advantage of products to a great extent, and become an important factor to measure the competitiveness of products. Domestic lead storage enterprises generally have the characteristics of small scale, scattered distribution, high logistics cost, high recovery difficulty, low recovery efficiency and so on. Compared with the developed countries, there is a big gap between the domestic lead storage enterprises and the developed countries. At the same time, the level of logistics management is low, lack of logistics management awareness, lack of logistics innovation. Under the development trend of global low-carbon economy and green economy, domestic lead storage battery enterprises urgently need to reduce logistics cost and improve service level by improving logistics management level. In order to meet the needs of the market and enhance the survival of enterprises in the international environment and competitive position. This paper mainly studies the whole process logistics management of lead-acid battery. Through the effective management of the whole process logistics, the cost control is realized, and the logistics service level of lead-acid battery enterprises is improved. The main research contents include: through the analysis of the whole process of production logistics, transportation logistics, warehousing logistics and recycling logistics of lead-acid battery, find out the characteristics of logistics; Then through the analysis of the operation environment, the risk control analysis of logistics and the analysis of logistics outsourcing mode, find out the difficulty of logistics management, and draw the conclusion that realizing the whole process integrated logistics management is the way to solve the logistics predicament of lead-acid battery enterprise. Based on this solution, the corresponding countermeasures of the whole process logistics management of lead-acid battery are put forward. The countermeasures can save the logistics cost of lead-acid battery to a certain extent and enhance the competitiveness of production enterprises.
