双登集团废旧铅酸电池回收利用循环经济模式及对策研究

【摘要】:通过对国内外铅酸电池和再生铅产业发展状况的研究发现,发达国家的铅蓄电池再生处理技术是随着汽车工业的发展而逐渐完善的。我国铅的消耗量超过美国成为全球铅用量的第一大国,年消费铅50万吨。随着铅矿产资源已濒临枯竭,铅的需求不得不越来越依靠铅的二次资源。从铅蓄电池行业资源化回收铅,既能缓解我国铅紧缺,同时还可减轻采矿、选矿、冶炼对环境和人体的危害,因此,加强铅蓄电池的污染控制及资源化技术对高效利用铅显得尤为必要。 结合现有循环经济模式方面的相关研究成果,“资源消费—产品—再生资源”的闭环流动模式正成为指导企业、园区乃至区域经济调整的一种趋势,双登集团也要根据废旧铅酸电池回收利用相关产业的技术关联度,疏通和重造产业共生链条。以此为基础,本文通过引入循环经济理念,对江苏双登集团发展废旧铅酸电池回收利用的技术、市场、原料、项目保障、社会效益等相关内容进行了深入分析,并结合企业发展废旧铅酸电池回收利用循环经济模式的基础条件、发展需求及存在的问题进行了全面剖析,为实现江苏双登集团铅资源利用的市场化、绿色化、可持续化提供了指导,对相关废旧资源回收企业构建适合企业自身需求的循环经济模式提供了一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:Through the research on the development of lead-acid battery and regenerated lead industry at home and abroad, it is found that the regenerative treatment technology of lead-acid battery in developed countries is gradually improved with the development of automobile industry. The consumption of lead in China exceeds that in the United States, which is the largest country in the world. It consumes 500000 tons of lead a year. With the depletion of lead mineral resources, the demand for lead has to rely more and more on the secondary resources of lead. The recovery of lead from lead battery industry can not only alleviate the shortage of lead in China, but also reduce the harm to environment and human body caused by mining, ore dressing and smelting. It is necessary to strengthen pollution control and recycling technology of lead storage battery for high-efficiency utilization of lead. Combined with the related research results of the existing circular economy model, the closed-loop flow model of "resource consumption, product and renewable resources" is becoming a trend to guide enterprises, parks and even regional economic adjustment. Shuangdeng Group also need to dredge and rebuild the industrial symbiotic chain according to the technology correlation degree of waste lead-acid battery recycling and utilization related industries. On the basis of this, by introducing the concept of circular economy, this paper makes a deep analysis on the technology, market, raw materials, project guarantee, social benefits and other related contents of the development of waste lead-acid battery recycling in Jiangsu Shuangdeng Group. In order to realize the marketization and greening of the utilization of lead resources in Jiangsu Shuangdeng Group, the basic conditions, development requirements and existing problems of recycling economy mode for the development of waste lead-acid batteries in enterprises are analyzed comprehensively, in order to realize the marketization and greening of the utilization of lead resources in Jiangsu Shuangdeng Group. The sustainability provides guidance and provides some reference for related waste resource recovery enterprises to build a recycling economy model suitable for their own needs.
