基于SAP的生产计划解决方案的研究与实现

【摘要】:随着经济全球化以及信息技术的迅速发展,特别在2008年全球经济危机之后,企业间的竞争愈演愈烈,导致了舍弗勒集团大中华区生产工厂的生产计划面临着诸多问题,如产能瓶颈不清晰、生产计划不稳定、生产计划弹性低、订单准时交货率低、库存水平高等。因此,对现有的生产计划业务系统进行改进显得极为重要和急迫。 本文针对舍弗勒集团大中华区工厂的生产计划中存在的问题,将从生产计划方法、流程和系统三个方面对生产计划进行研究和设计,研究适合该公司的生产计划改进方案。 首先本文对工厂现有的生产计划方法和系统存在的主要问题进行了研究和分析,以及分析了国内外在生产计划与控制方面的先进理论,如制造资源计划、准时制生产、约束理论和精益生产等,并提出了生产计划改进方案的技术路线。 其次在生产计划方法上,文章设计了一个火车生产计划模型,并对生产计划层次、计划策略、计划冻结期、计划期等要素进行改进设计,实现了计划与实际的结合,从而保证了生产计划的连续性、稳定性、准确性和灵活性。 另外在生产计划流程上,本文从整个价值链上对现有的生产计划流程进行了考虑,设计了一个集成的生产计划流程模型,来明确各岗位的职责和标准作业规范,从而在流程和制度上保证了生产计划的有效地衔接和执行。 最后在信息系统上,本文依据改进的生产计划方法和流程方案,对生产计划系统的功能模块进行了研究和分析,设计了计划系统的功能架构,并在SAP的ERP平台上,通过系统配置和ABAP的增强开发,成功的实现了对生产计划改进方案的系统实施,系统的成功应用进一步提高了生产计划的准确性、可靠性以及整体运作的效率,有效地解决了该公司在生产计划中存在的问题。 研究成果表明,随着信息技术的迅猛发展而涌现出的一批与生产计划技术紧密相关的先进管理技术,带动了制造业的发展,但是这些生产计划技术也有各自的侧重点和优缺点。因此,企业需要分析自身的生产计划出现的问题,结合这些先进的生产计划与控制的管理技术,结合业务流程和信息系统,设计出一个符合企业自身的生产计划技术的解决方案,来解决企业在生产计划中带来的问题,以至来提高企业的竞争力。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and information technology, especially after the global economic crisis in 2008, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense, which has led to many problems in the production planning of Schaeffler Group's Greater China production plant. If the capacity bottleneck is not clear, the production plan is unstable, the production plan is not flexible, the order on time delivery rate is low, the inventory level is high. Therefore, it is very important and urgent to improve the existing production planning business system. Aiming at the problems existing in the production plan of Schaeffler Group's Greater China factory, this paper will study and design the production plan from three aspects of production planning method, process and system, and study the plan improvement scheme suitable for the company. First of all, this paper studies and analyzes the main problems existing in the existing production planning methods and systems, and analyzes the advanced theories in production planning and control at home and abroad, such as manufacturing resource planning, just-in-time production, etc. The theory of constraint and lean production, etc., and the technical route of production plan improvement are put forward. Secondly, in the production planning method, this paper designs a train production planning model, and improves the design of production planning level, planning strategy, plan freezing period, planning period and so on, and realizes the combination of planning and practice. Thus ensuring the continuity, stability, accuracy and flexibility of the production plan. In addition, in the production planning process, this paper considers the existing production planning process from the whole value chain, and designs an integrated production planning process model to clarify the responsibilities and standard operating standards of each position. Thus in the process and system to ensure the effective linkage and implementation of production plans. Finally, in the information system, according to the improved production planning method and flow plan, this paper studies and analyzes the function modules of the production planning system, designs the functional framework of the planning system, and on the ERP platform of SAP. Through the system configuration and the enhanced development of ABAP, the system implementation of the production plan improvement scheme has been successfully realized. The successful application of the system has further improved the accuracy, reliability and overall operation efficiency of the production plan. It has effectively solved the problems existing in the production plan of the company. The research results show that with the rapid development of information technology, a batch of advanced management technologies closely related to production planning technology emerge, which has driven the development of manufacturing industry, but these production planning technologies also have their own emphasis and advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, enterprises need to analyze the problems in their own production plans, combine these advanced production planning and control management technologies, and combine business processes and information systems, To design a solution that accords with the enterprise's own production planning technology to solve the problems brought by the enterprise in the production plan, and even to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
