秦皇岛发电有限公司E-learning系统实施案例研究

【摘要】:随着人力资源理论的发展以及计算机网络技术的迅速普及,网络学习方式正成为企业员工培训的重要手段,国内外众多网上学院如GE管理学院、时代光华ELN学院,中国电信和中国招商银行大学,通过导入E-learning系统,使企业个人和组织的绩效都得到提高;但是,也有一些企业在实施E-learning时效果并不显著,其原因值得分析和探讨。 本文以秦皇岛发电有限责任公司(以下简称:秦发电公司)为研究对象,利用现代人力资源管理和E-learning系统理论,通过对秦发电公司E-learning项目的需求分析、实施及效果评估,对基于知识管理的E-learning系统的实施关键因素进行了探讨。本文本着发现问题,分析问题以及解决问题的原则,对企业不断发展与人力资源水平滞后之间的矛盾和科学实施E-learning系统进行了分析和探讨。 首先,介绍了知识管理和E-learning等相关知识,包括知识管理的定义目标及价值,E-learning的定义、特点及相关标准,并详细阐述了基于知识管理的E-learning系统的技术架构。其次,对秦发电公司培训现状,包括人力资源及培训体系,,E-learning系统具有的功能和特点。再次,详细分析了秦发电公司E-learning系统的使用效果及成因、系统存在不足及改进措施。最后,本文介绍了企业实施E-learning项目的一些启示。 本文在借鉴前人研究成果基础之上,分析了E-learning系统在大型电力企业开发的应用及评估情况,对同类型电厂E-learning项目的实施具有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of human resource theory and the rapid popularization of computer network technology, network learning is becoming an important means of employee training. Many online colleges at home and abroad, such as GE Management College, era Guanghua ELN College, are becoming more and more important. China Telecom and China Merchants Bank University, through the introduction of E-learning system, so that the performance of enterprises and organizations have been improved; However, there are some enterprises in the implementation of E-learning effect is not significant, its reasons are worthy of analysis and discussion. This paper takes Qinhuangdao Power Generation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qinhuangdao Power Generation Company) as the research object, using modern human resource management and E-learning system theory, through the demand analysis of E-learning project of Qinhuangdao Power Generation Company. The key factors of the implementation of E-learning system based on knowledge management are discussed. Based on the principles of problem discovery, problem analysis and problem solving, this paper analyzes and discusses the contradiction between the continuous development of enterprise and the lag of human resource level and the scientific implementation of E-learning system. Firstly, knowledge management and E-learning are introduced, including the definition goal and value of knowledge management, the definition, characteristics and related standards of E-learning, and the technical framework of E-learning system based on knowledge management is described in detail. Secondly, the training status of Qin Power Company, including human resources and training system, the functions and characteristics of E-learning system. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the usage effect and cause of E-learning system of Qin Power Generation Company in detail, the deficiency of the system and the improvement measures. Finally, this paper introduces some enlightenments of implementing E-learning project in enterprises. Based on the previous research results, this paper analyzes the application and evaluation of E-learning system in the development of large electric power enterprises, which has a certain reference significance for the implementation of E-learning projects in the same type power plants.
