淮安福满多食品有限公司物流外包风险管理研究

【摘要】:随着经济的发展,现代企业竞争的结果使企业进入一个微利时代,物流外包是有效利用社会专业化资源的方式之一,它能增强企业的核心竞争力、提高企业的反应速度,因而在现代企业经营中被越来越多地采用。物流外包在给企业带来经济利益同时,也为企业带来了多方面的风险,导致物流外包中止甚至失败。企业在物流外包实践过程中,应加强风险意识,运用科学的方法对物流外包活动过程中可能出现的各类风险进行分类,然后识别、分析和评价,并且积极寻求有效的措施,建立一套风险防范的管理体系,具有极其重要的理论和现实意义。 本文首先从物流外包和风险管理的研究现状出发,阐述了对物流外包及外包风险进行研究的目的和意义。 其次,介绍了物流外包的概念、价值以及物流外包风险的概念与风险的分类,并阐述了物流外包风险管理过程中风险识别的方法,以及风险评价的作用、风险评价的方法和风险评价的内容。 再次,以淮安福满多食品有限公司物流外包活动为研究对象,搜集了该公司物流外包的相关资料;对该公司物流外包中存在的风险进行识别、分类,建立该公司物流外包风险评价指标;然后运用模糊数学综合评判法对风险评价指标体系进行评估,得出评估结果。 最后,针对淮安福满多食品有限公司物流外包过程中存在的风险,提出五项防范措施:设立企业内部物流外包风险管理机构、选择合适的物流外包服务商、加强物流外包的过程管理、建立良好的信息共享和沟通反馈机制、创建风险突发应急处理机制。特别地,在物流外包服务商选择过程中,采用层次分析法,效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy, the result of the modern enterprise competition makes the enterprise enter a small profit era. Logistics outsourcing is one of the effective ways to make use of the social specialized resources. It can enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and improve the reaction speed of the enterprise. As a result, it is used more and more in modern enterprise management. Logistics outsourcing not only brings economic benefits to enterprises, but also brings many risks to enterprises, which leads to the suspension or even failure of logistics outsourcing. In the process of logistics outsourcing practice, enterprises should strengthen risk awareness, use scientific methods to classify all kinds of risks that may appear in the process of logistics outsourcing activities, then identify, analyze and evaluate, and actively seek effective measures. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to establish a management system of risk prevention. Based on the current situation of logistics outsourcing and risk management, the purpose and significance of the research on logistics outsourcing and outsourcing risk are expounded in this paper. Secondly, it introduces the concept, value and classification of logistics outsourcing risk, and expounds the method of risk identification in the process of logistics outsourcing risk management, as well as the role of risk evaluation. The method of risk evaluation and the content of risk evaluation. Thirdly, the logistics outsourcing activities of Huai'an Fumando Food Co., Ltd. are taken as the research object, and the relevant materials of the company are collected. This paper identifies and classifies the risks existing in the logistics outsourcing of the company, establishes the risk evaluation index of the logistics outsourcing of the company, and then evaluates the risk evaluation index system by using the comprehensive evaluation method of fuzzy mathematics, and obtains the evaluation results. Finally, in view of the risks in the process of logistics outsourcing of Huai'an Fu-mandu Food Co., Ltd., five preventive measures are put forward: setting up internal logistics outsourcing risk management organization, choosing suitable logistics outsourcing service provider, Strengthen the process management of logistics outsourcing, establish a good mechanism of information sharing and communication and feedback, and create a mechanism for dealing with risk emergencies. In particular, in the logistics outsourcing service provider selection process, the use of AHP, the effect is good.
