北方永盛摩托车有限公司三轮摩托车产品结构调整研究

【摘要】:产品是企业生产运营活动的核心,产品结构决定着企业的生存和发展,产品结构调整能够增强企业对市场变化的适应能力,同时能够推动企业的技术进步和持续发展。北方永盛摩托车有限公司近年来取得了较好的成绩,但是进入新阶段以来,企业的发展呈现稳步不前的态势,现有产品与消费者需求之间的矛盾日益突出,现有产品结构远不能适应企业快速发展的需要。企业所面临的的难题使产品结构调整的任务愈加紧迫。 文章以北方永盛摩托车有限公司为研究对象,,在众多学者和机构研究的基础上,运用产业经济学原理、企业管理一般原理,参考企业内部相关数据资料,对该企业现有产品结构如何进行调整,进行了系统化的理论分析和实证探究。 本文对北方永盛三轮摩托车产品结构现状进行了分析概括,并运用SWOT分析法描绘了该企业的内外部环境状况,归纳出其发展现状的成因,主要包括:管理层面,缺乏良好的发展战略指导、对产品的多头管理等、管理者对人力资源的培训和开发不够重视等;技术层面,产品开发过程不够科学、企业信息化程度低、人才制约等;企业文化层面,管理者轻视学习,轻视工人,观念落后。通过对北方永盛三轮摩托车资料的分析整理,并运用波士顿矩阵对现有产品结构进行分析评价,以此为依据确定了新的产品结构。最后,以大规模定制生产为思路,建立了三轮摩托车动态变形产品模型,并以此生产模式为基础,提出了调整后的产品结构的运行策略,包括:增加了大规模定制中心这一部门;加强产学研合作与产销研合作;提高生产过程的柔性;完善激励与约束机制;调整企业文化,提升管理者的综合素质、深化并践行“人本管理”思想等。
[Abstract]:The product is the core of the enterprise production and operation, and the product structure determines the survival and development of the enterprise. The adjustment of the product structure can enhance the adaptability of the enterprise to the market change, at the same time, it can promote the technological progress and sustainable development of the enterprise. North Yongsheng Motorcycle Co., Ltd. has made good achievements in recent years, but since entering the new stage, the development of enterprises has shown a steady trend, the contradiction between existing products and consumer demand is increasingly prominent. The existing product structure can not meet the needs of the rapid development of enterprises. The problems faced by enterprises make the task of product structure adjustment more urgent. This article takes the North Yongsheng Motorcycle Co., Ltd. as the research object, on the basis of many scholars and institutions' research, applies the industrial economics principle, the enterprise management general principle, the reference enterprise internal correlation data material, How to adjust the existing product structure of this enterprise is systematically analyzed and empirically studied. This paper analyzes and generalizes the product structure of the north Yongsheng three-wheeled motorcycle, describes the internal and external environment of the enterprise by using SWOT analysis method, and concludes the causes of its development status, mainly including: management level, Lack of good development strategy guidance, multi-product management, managers to human resources training and development is not enough attention; At the technical level, the process of product development is not scientific enough, the level of enterprise information is low, the talent is restricted, and so on, the enterprise culture level, the manager despises the study, despises the worker, the idea falls behind. Based on the analysis and arrangement of the data of the north Yongsheng three-wheeled motorcycles and the analysis and evaluation of the existing product structure by using the Boston matrix, the new product structure is determined. Finally, based on mass customization production, the dynamic deformation product model of three-wheeled motorcycle is established, and based on the model, the operation strategy of adjusted product structure is put forward. This includes: the addition of mass customization centres; Strengthen the cooperation between production, college and marketing research; improve the flexibility of production process; perfect the incentive and restraint mechanism; adjust the corporate culture, improve the comprehensive quality of managers, deepen and practice the idea of "people-oriented management", etc.
