信息化在上海三菱电梯有限公司销售业务的应用研究

【摘要】:上海三菱电梯有限公司成立于1986年12月2日。公司由日本三菱电机株式会社、三菱电机香港有限公司、中国机械进出口(集团)、上海机电实业有限公司四方投资组成,,中方投资比例为60%,外方投资比例40%。现有员工2000余人。公司注册资金1.55亿美金,投资总额2亿美元,总部设在上海市闵行区江川路811号,总占地面积18.87万平方米。上海三菱经过26年的不断创新和发展,目前已成为世界最大的电梯制造和销售企业之一。上海三菱连续19年保持中国电梯行业第一,从2005年起连续7年刷新全球单厂年产销记录。2012年主营收入超过120亿元,电梯实际产销量超过61000台。 本文针对上海三菱电梯有限公司引入企业信息化的案例进行研究,结合制造企业本身的特殊性,具体通过SAP R/3、OA、EIS三大系统的引进,分析了企业信息化给销售环节带来的影响,是企业的信息化工程将企业的销量解放出来,同时企业信息化也是销售业务信息化的根本基础,本文将企业销售业务的信息化作为一个新的信息化高度进行了研究。通过上海三菱的实际案例说明企业信息化给销售业务带来良性的影响,总结了上海三菱将信息化应用于销售业务中的成功原因,为今后更多企业信息化的应用提供的借鉴的方案。 本文将上海三菱信息化目前在销售业务中应用的实际情况及产生的问题进行剖析,结合企业本身的特点提出目前信息化存在的问题,并提出其优化方案,最后对优化方案实施的效果进行具体评估,以此来说明信息化的优化给企业带来的效益及影响。 企业信息化的应用是企业发展的重要途径,尤其是信息化在销售业务上的应用给企业指明了方向,更带动了企业的蓬勃发展。
[Abstract]:Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd. was established on December 2, 1986. The company consists of Japan Mitsubishi Electric Co., Ltd, Mitsubishi Electric Hong Kong Co., Ltd., China Machinery Import and Export (Group), Shanghai Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. There are more than 2000 employees. The company has a registered capital of US $155 million and a total investment of US $200 million. It is headquartered at 811 Jiangchuan Road, Minhang District, Shanghai, and covers an area of 188700 square meters. After 26 years of continuous innovation and development, Shanghai Mitsubishi has become one of the world's largest elevator manufacturing and sales enterprises. Shanghai Mitsubishi has been the No. 1 elevator industry in China for 19 consecutive years, with annual production and sales records set for seven consecutive years since 2005. In 2012, the main business income exceeded 12 billion yuan, and the actual elevator production and sales exceeded 61000 units. This paper focuses on the case of Shanghai Mitsubishi Elevator Co., Ltd., which introduces the information technology of the enterprise. Combining with the particularity of the manufacturing enterprise itself, the introduction of the three systems of SAP R / 3 / OAA / EIS is introduced. This paper analyzes the impact of enterprise informatization on sales, and it is the enterprise informatization project that liberates the sales volume of the enterprise. At the same time, the enterprise informatization is also the fundamental foundation of the marketing business informatization. In this paper, the enterprise sales business information as a new level of information research. Through the actual case of Mitsubishi in Shanghai, it shows that the enterprise informatization has a positive impact on the sales business, and summarizes the successful reasons why Shanghai Mitsubishi applied informatization to the sales business. For the future more enterprise information applications to provide a reference scheme. This paper analyzes the actual situation and problems arising from the current application of Shanghai Mitsubishi Informatization in the sales business, and puts forward the problems existing in the current informatization combined with the characteristics of the enterprise itself, and puts forward its optimization scheme. Finally, the effect of the optimization scheme is evaluated to illustrate the benefits and effects of the optimization of information technology. The application of enterprise informatization is an important way for the development of enterprise, especially the application of informatization in sales business has pointed out the direction for the enterprise, and has also driven the vigorous development of the enterprise.
