汽车零部件物流服务模式选择研究

【摘要】:汽车物流是集运输、仓储、配送及物流信息处理于一体的综合性物流活动,汽车零部件物流更呈现出极高的专业性和复杂性特点。研究汽车零部件物流优化,,对加快汽车制造企业的物流合理化进程、降低汽车零部件供应物流成本、提高供应物流服务水平具有非常重要的意义。然而,目前一些汽车制造企业对零部件物流运营模式选择模糊,造成物流决策失误,企业物流服务需求没有得到充分满足。因此,如何对汽车零部件物流模式进行优化选择亟待进行系统深入研究。 本论文首先分析我国汽车企业零部件物流服务的特点,阐述汽车零部件物流服务模式的主要类别及其优缺点。在此基础上,结合国内汽车行业多家制造商的调研与访谈,从客户视角出发构建汽车零部件物流服务模式选择指标体系,重点从物流成本、物流服务能力、控制力等三个方面进行综合评价。然后,将德尔菲法与层次分析法相结合,对专家和汽车制造企业物流管理人员进行访谈以确定各指标的权重;最后,以神龙汽车公司为案例背景,将论文所提出的零部件物流服务模式选择方案应用于神龙汽车公司零部件物流模式选择中,验证论文研究结论的有效性和适用性。通过对神龙汽车公司零部件物流服务模式选择分析,提出神龙汽车公司零部件物流服务模式改善策略,可以为其他汽车制造企业零部件物流模式选择与改进提供参考。
[Abstract]:Automobile logistics is a comprehensive logistics activity which integrates transportation, warehousing, distribution and logistics information processing. The research on the optimization of automobile parts logistics is of great significance for speeding up the process of logistics rationalization of automobile manufacturing enterprises, reducing the logistics cost of automobile parts supply and improving the service level of supply logistics. However, the choice of logistics operation mode of parts and components in some automobile manufacturing enterprises is fuzzy at present, which causes logistics decision-making errors, and the logistics service demand of enterprises is not fully satisfied. Therefore, how to optimize and select the logistics mode of automobile parts needs to be studied systematically and deeply. This paper first analyzes the characteristics of parts logistics service in automobile enterprises in China, and expounds the main categories and advantages and disadvantages of automobile parts logistics service mode. On this basis, combined with the investigation and interview of many domestic automobile manufacturers, this paper constructs the model selection index system of automobile parts logistics service from the perspective of customers, focusing on logistics cost, logistics service capacity, Control power and other three aspects of comprehensive evaluation. Then, the Delphi method and AHP are combined to interview experts and logistics managers of automobile manufacturing enterprises to determine the weight of each index. Finally, taking DPCA Automobile Company as a case background, this paper applies the component logistics service mode selection scheme proposed in the thesis to DPCA parts logistics model selection to verify the validity and applicability of the research conclusions of this paper. By analyzing the choice of parts logistics service mode of DPCA, this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of DPCA parts logistics service mode, which can provide reference for other automobile manufacturing enterprises to choose and improve parts logistics mode.
