弓长岭区电网改造项目方案设计研究

【摘要】:进入21世纪以来,随着我国经济的持续高速发展,电力建设也取得了巨大的成就,但是电力供应紧张的局面也日益突出。随着农村经济快速发展,农民生活水平日益提高的同时,农村用电量也持续保持高速增长,现存的农村电网已不能满足当前农民的生产、生活需求。为了有效地解决电力供应紧张问题,国家投入了大量的人力、物力、财力来支持电力系统的发展,城市、农村电网改造成为主要手段。 本文首先阐述了电网改造项目设计研究的背景及意义、国内外研究现状,然后对相关理论进行了介绍,紧接着通过对弓长岭区电网建设现状、用电需求现状、电力供应现状、电网运营现状、调度通讯及自动化现状及无功补偿现状等情况的分析,找出了该区电网现存的主要问题。对弓长岭区电网改造项目进行合理地设计离不开对该区电力负荷状况的预测,因此,本文在第四章选择了灰色预测模型对弓长岭区未来五年的电力负荷进行预测,并对预测结果进行了分析。在此基础上,结合电网改造项目设计目标及技术设计要求,本文给出了弓长岭区电网改造项目设计方案,包括变电站布点设计方案,调度、通信与自动化设计方案,,高压配电网设计方案,项目投资估算及项目总体设计方案等五个方面。最后,针对弓长岭区电网改造项目提出了针对性的建议。本文的研究结果对于实施弓长岭区电网改造项目具有重要的指导意义与参考价值。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of the 21st century, with the sustained and rapid development of China's economy, great achievements have been made in electric power construction, but the shortage of power supply has become increasingly prominent. With the rapid development of rural economy and the improvement of farmers' living standards, the rural electricity consumption has maintained a rapid growth, the existing rural power grid can not meet the current farmers' production and living needs. In order to effectively solve the shortage of power supply, the state has invested a lot of manpower, material and financial resources to support the development of the power system, and the transformation of urban and rural power grids has become the main means. In this paper, the background and significance of the project design and research, the current research situation at home and abroad, and then the related theories are introduced. Then, through the current situation of power grid construction, electricity demand and power supply in Gongchangling area, the paper introduces the current situation of power supply. Based on the analysis of the current situation of power network operation, dispatching communication and automation, and reactive power compensation, the main existing problems of the power network in this area are found out. The reasonable design of Gongchangling power network reconstruction project can not do without forecasting the electric load condition in this area. Therefore, in the fourth chapter, the grey forecasting model is selected to forecast the electric power load in the next five years in Gongchangling area. The prediction results are analyzed. On this basis, combined with the design objectives and technical design requirements of the power grid transformation project, this paper presents the design scheme of the power network transformation project in Gongchangling area, including substation layout design, dispatching, communication and automation design. High-voltage distribution network design plan, project investment estimation and project overall design plan. Finally, some specific suggestions are put forward for the power grid reconstruction project in Gongchangling area. The research results of this paper have important guiding significance and reference value for the implementation of Gongchangling power grid reconstruction project.
