110kV酒泉西郊变配套送出工程社会效益评价研究
[Abstract]:As an important infrastructure of a city, power grid construction and transformation have a profound impact on the social economy, social environment, social life and natural resources of the region. In the evaluation of power grid construction projects, it is common to attach importance to economic and environmental impact assessment, but ignore the social benefit evaluation. At present, in the case of social benefit evaluation of domestic projects, only the social benefits of railway, traffic and water conservancy projects with remarkable social benefits are analyzed. There is little research on social benefit evaluation and social benefit evaluation index system of power grid construction project. In view of this problem, combining with the characteristics of power grid construction projects, this paper makes a collation and analysis, and sets up a social benefit evaluation model of power grid construction projects, referring to the successful experience of other industry projects' social benefits evaluation. The model is used to evaluate the social benefits of the auxiliary project in Jiuquan suburb. In this paper, a social benefit evaluation index system of power grid construction project is established by the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey and expert scoring, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to analyze the actual project. The weight of each specific index in the social benefit evaluation of the project is obtained, and the final evaluation result is obtained by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation results show that the power grid construction project will have a wide range of benefits to power users, power industry, national economy, social development and environmental protection, and the social benefits of the project are good. The validity and feasibility of the evaluation model are further verified, which provides guidance for practical application in the future.
