供电企业远程自动抄表系统建设与应用研究
[Abstract]:The construction of remote automatic meter reading system in power supply enterprises is a complex system engineering, with complex engineering, distinctive characteristics of the industry, and few experiences that can be used for reference. In the process of exploring the construction method of the pilot project, the construction of the pilot project has appeared in a more chaotic situation. The result of the chaos in the construction of the project is that the order of electric power marketing management is destroyed. The basic reason is that the overall planning and construction plan of the pilot project are obviously extensive and lack of systematization and flowability. According to the construction characteristics of remote automatic meter reading system and the business structure of the electric energy sales management system, the basic theory of project management is applied in this paper, which is based on the analysis of the reasons for the problems in the pilot project construction and the characteristics of the project construction of the remote automatic meter reading system. Combined with the basic business knowledge of electric power marketing, according to the principle of integration of power marketing business and engineering construction business, the whole operation process of construction project is systematically planned and designed. Based on the basic theory of project management, the control countermeasures of risk, quality and schedule are worked out. The final formation includes: each stage construction flow chart, the clear post responsibility, the project construction risk control countermeasure, the quality control countermeasure, the project progress control countermeasure, As well as the remote automatic meter reading system construction operation flow system including the contents of ensuring the strict operation of each process. With the increasing construction of remote automatic meter reading system in power supply enterprises, this subject has universal reference significance for the practical application of remote automatic meter reading system in power supply area.
