彩桥互感器市场营销策略分析

【摘要】:“十二五”期间,我国电力基本建设将继续保持较大的投资规模,配电网投资将逐步加大,这样的发展趋势,必将带动互感器企业的大规模爆发式发展,也必将带来互感器企业的激烈竞争。新一轮的市场机遇面前,企业如何领先竞争对手获取更大的市场空间,占据有利的市场高地,是每个互感器企业追求的目标。因此对互感器企业的营销策略进行研究具有非常重要的现实意义。 本文从彩桥互感器市场营销工作出发,运用现代管理学理论和市场营销理论,结合彩桥互感器实际和实战营销经验,首先分析了彩桥互感器在营销过程中存在的问题,对彩桥互感器现有的营销模式和营销能力进行了剖析、找出不足,运用PEST-5F的方式分析彩桥互感器所面临的环境,采用SWOT分析方法,分析了彩桥互感器的优势、劣势、机会、威胁。在此基础上对彩桥互感器市场进行了市场细分、目标市场选择与市场定位。然后根据彩桥互感器原有营销体系的优势和不足,为彩桥互感器制定出了一套科学、系统的营销组合策略,为彩桥互感器决策层了解市场、懂得市场、占有市场提供依据,对企业未来可持续性发展提供借鉴;最后从法人治理结构、组织结构、信息结构、政策激励机制方面为彩桥互感器营销提出了全面合理的保障体系,该体系有利于推进企业科学营销的进程及营销策略的贯彻实施。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China's power infrastructure will continue to maintain a large scale of investment, and the distribution network investment will be gradually increased. Such a development trend will certainly lead to large-scale explosive development of transformer enterprises. It will also bring the fierce competition of transformer enterprises. In the face of the new round of market opportunities, it is the goal that every transformer enterprise pursues how to gain more market space and occupy favorable market heights by leading competitors. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the marketing strategy of transformer enterprises. Starting from the marketing work of color bridge transformer, using modern management theory and marketing theory, combining the actual and actual marketing experience of color bridge transformer, this paper first analyzes the problems existing in the marketing process of color bridge transformer. This paper analyzes the current marketing mode and marketing ability of the color bridge transformer, finds out the deficiency, analyzes the environment of the color bridge transformer by using the PEST-5F method, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages and opportunities of the color bridge transformer by using the SWOT analysis method. A threat. On this basis, the market segmentation, target market selection and market positioning are carried out. Then, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the original marketing system of the color bridge transformer, a set of scientific and systematic marketing combination strategies are formulated for the color bridge transformer, which provides the basis for the decision makers of the color bridge transformer to understand the market, and occupy the market. To provide reference for the sustainable development of enterprises in the future; Finally, from the aspects of corporate governance structure, organization structure, information structure and policy incentive mechanism, the paper puts forward a comprehensive and reasonable guarantee system for the marketing of Caiqiao Transformer, which is conducive to promoting the process of scientific marketing and the implementation of marketing strategy.
