石大科技设备管理中人机关系研究

【摘要】:随着我国工业化进程的迅猛发展,设备管理已成为企业整体管理的重要组成部分。石油化工企业由于其自身特点,对生产设备的可靠性、可用性、经济性和安全性提出较高要求。如何发挥管理人员的主观能动、机动灵活的优势,克服设备的工作被动、功能单一的劣势,建立科学、规范的设备管理体系,使设备运行更加经济有效,是石化企业设备管理工作长期的探求目标。石大科技作为中小型石化企业,随着企业生产规模扩大、设备数量增多、自动化程度和复杂程度提高,建立以信息化为基础、以可靠性为中心、人机关系和谐的创新型设备管理体系已成为企业设备管理工作发展的新要求。 本文介绍了在石化企业建立创新型设备管理模式的背景和意义,并对设备管理和人机关系研究的理论进行简要介绍。在总结和对比国内外设备管理理论、方法和经验的基础上,创新提出了在设备管理中建立和谐人机关系的重要性,并通过分析石大科技设备管理工作中人机关系现状,提出建立人机和谐的创新型设备管理体系的对策,并在实践中进行了应用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization in China, equipment management has become an important part of the overall management of enterprises. Because of its own characteristics, petrochemical enterprises put forward higher requirements for reliability, availability, economy and safety of production equipment. How to give full play to the subjective initiative and flexibility of the managers, overcome the disadvantages of passive work and single function of the equipment, establish a scientific and standardized equipment management system, and make the operation of the equipment more economical and effective, Is the petrochemical enterprise equipment management work long-term exploration goal. As a small and medium-sized petrochemical enterprise, Shida science and technology, with the expansion of production scale, the increase in the number of equipment, the degree of automation and complexity, the establishment of information-based, reliability as the center, The innovative equipment management system with harmonious man-machine relationship has become a new requirement for the development of enterprise equipment management. This paper introduces the background and significance of establishing innovative equipment management model in petrochemical enterprises, and briefly introduces the theory of equipment management and man-machine relationship research. On the basis of summing up and comparing the theories, methods and experiences of equipment management at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the importance of establishing harmonious man-machine relations in equipment management, and analyzes the present situation of man-machine relations in the management of scientific and technological equipment. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of establishing a harmonious and innovative equipment management system, and it is applied in practice.
