兖矿集团多元化战略研究

【摘要】:兖矿集团是山东省属国有特大型企业,是以煤炭、煤化工、电解铝和机械制造为三大主业、涵盖多种业务的大型多元化企业集团。近年来,兖矿集团的发展面临巨大困难,煤炭业务成功实现了国际化经营,但煤化工和电解铝等业务举步维艰,已经严重影响集团的发展。如何选择多元化战略,促进可持续发展成为企业面临的问题。 首先,本论文对多元化战略理论进行了简单回顾,通过对传统的多元化战略理论和母合优势理论进行分析比较,确定大型集团母公司与业务单位的匹配是实现多元化战略成功的关键因素。因此选择以母合优势理论为主研究兖矿集团的多元化战略。 其次,具体分析兖矿集团多元化战略,通过PEST分析和迈克尔.波特的”五力模型”等工具分析宏观环境和行业环境,再运用母合优势理论从母公司特征和业务特征两方面构建兖矿集团多元化战略研究模型,详细分析了兖矿集团多元化产业选择的问题,形成充矿集团的母合优势陈述:“价值创造洞见、独特的母合特征和核心区业务”,从而生成基于母合优势的兖矿集团的多元化战略,并对战略的实施提出建议。 本文的创新点在于以母合优势理论为主,结合传统的战略研究工具,以母公司如何为下属业务单位创造价值为目标,全面研究一个大型企业集团的多元化战略,与仅关注于业务层面相比研究更加全面。通过研究母公司的特征与现有业务特征是否匹配重新定位现有的三大主业,形成充矿集团新的多元化战略,具有较强的可操作性,对于调整集团多元化产业定位,保持企业健康可持续发展具有较强的指导意义。
[Abstract]:Yankuang Group is a large state-owned enterprise in Shandong Province. It is a large and diversified enterprise group with coal, coal chemical, electrolytic aluminum and machinery manufacturing as its three main industries and covering a variety of business. In recent years, the development of Yankuang Group is faced with great difficulties, coal business has successfully realized the international operation, but the coal chemical industry and electrolytic aluminum business are very difficult, which has seriously affected the development of the Group. How to choose diversification strategy and promote sustainable development has become a problem faced by enterprises. First of all, this paper briefly reviews the theory of diversification strategy, and analyzes and compares the traditional theory of diversification strategy and the theory of parent advantage. Determining the match between the parent company and business unit of large group is the key factor to achieve the success of diversification strategy. Therefore, we choose to study the diversification strategy of Yankuang Group based on the theory of parent advantage. Second, the specific analysis of Yanzhou Mining Group diversification strategy, through PEST analysis and Michael. Porter's "five Force Model" and other tools to analyze the macro environment and industry environment, and then use the parent advantage theory from the parent company characteristics and business characteristics to build Yanzhou Mining Group diversification strategy research model. This paper analyzes in detail the selection of diversified industries of Yanzhou Mining Group, and forms the statement of "value creation insight, unique parent and joint characteristics and core area business". Therefore, the diversification strategy of Yankuang Group based on parent advantage is generated, and some suggestions on the implementation of the strategy are put forward. The innovation of this paper is to study the diversification strategy of a large enterprise group with the aim of how the parent company creates value for the subordinate business unit, mainly based on the theory of parent advantage and combining with the traditional strategic research tools. The research is more comprehensive than focusing only on the business level. By studying whether the characteristics of the parent company and the existing business characteristics match and reorient the existing three main industries to form the new diversification strategy of the Ore filling Group, it has strong maneuverability to adjust the diversified industry positioning of the Group. It is of great significance to maintain the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
