嘉禾县烟草公司竞争力管理体系改进研究

【摘要】:竞争力管理(现代国际时尚管理理念,接近传统“绩效管理”,下同)是现代人力资源管理最重要的组成部分,是企业实施人力资源管理的重要工具和手段。通过对个人进行科学合理的竞争力考核,不仅可以实现人力资源的合理开发和利用,保证个人目标与企业目标的密切统一,而且还可以促进个人的全面发展,确保企业的人力资源优势。因此,竞争力管理已经成为企业管理以及人力资源管理的核心,对实现企业的战略目标以及提高企业的核心竞争力都发挥着举足轻重的作用。 本文以竞争力管理的相关理论为研究依据,通过研究嘉禾县烟草公司现有竞争力管理方案存在的问题和成因,对该公司的竞争力管理方案进行了改进研究。本文首先介绍了论文研究的意义和背景,综述了国内外有关竞争力管理的相关研究,概述了竞争力管理的含义、流程和竞争力管理相关方法,并介绍了本文的研究内容及主要思路。其次,在实地访谈和问卷调查的基础上,通过查阅嘉禾县烟草公司竞争力管理相关文献资料,总结了公司竞争力管理的现状,分析了公司竞争力管理体系存在的问题,并深入挖掘产生这些问题的成因,以此确定公司竞争力管理体系改进的方向。在此基础上,从竞争力管理体系设计的原则与思路、指标设计、计划制定、竞争力辅导、考核评价、竞争力反馈与应用几个方面出发,对其竞争力管理体系进行了改进设计,为该公司竞争力管理方案的优化设计提供决策支持。最后,本文总结了嘉禾县烟草公司竞争力管理方案的实施阶段与步骤,并分析了实施过程可能遇到的问题,最后从完善组织和制度建设、明确业务流程和岗位职责、建立以竞争力为导向的公司文化和优化薪酬体系四个方面,提出了竞争力管理方案实施的支持措施,为嘉禾县烟草公司竞争力管理保驾护航。
[Abstract]:Competitiveness management (modern international fashion management concept, close to the traditional "performance management", the same below) is the most important part of modern human resources management, is an important tool and means for enterprises to implement human resources management. Through the scientific and reasonable assessment of individual competitiveness, we can not only realize the rational development and utilization of human resources, ensure the close unity of individual goals and enterprise goals, but also promote the overall development of individuals. Ensure the human resource advantage of the enterprise. Therefore, competitiveness management has become the core of enterprise management and human resources management, which plays an important role in achieving the strategic objectives of enterprises and improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the theory of competitive power management, this paper studies the problems and causes of the existing competitive management scheme of Jiaho County Tobacco Company, and studies the improvement of the competitive management scheme of Jiahe County Tobacco Company. This paper first introduces the significance and background of this paper, summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant research on competitive management, summarizes the meaning of competitive management, process and competitive management related methods. And introduced this article research content and the main train of thought. Secondly, on the basis of on-the-spot interview and questionnaire survey, this paper summarizes the current situation of competitive power management and analyzes the problems existing in the competitive power management system of tobacco company in Jiaho County by consulting the relevant literature of competitiveness management in Jiaho County. And dig deep into the causes of these problems, so as to determine the direction of the improvement of the company's competitiveness management system. On this basis, from the principles and ideas of competitive management system design, index design, plan formulation, competitive power guidance, assessment and evaluation, competitive power feedback and application, the competitive management system is improved and designed. To provide decision support for the optimal design of the company's competitive management scheme. Finally, this paper summarizes the implementation stages and steps of the competitive power management scheme of Jiahe County Tobacco Company, and analyzes the problems that may be encountered in the implementation process. Finally, it clarifies the business process and post responsibility by perfecting the organization and system construction. In order to protect the competitiveness management of Jiaho County Tobacco Company, the author puts forward the supporting measures for the implementation of the competitive power management scheme in four aspects: establishing competitive company culture and optimizing the salary system in order to ensure the competitiveness management of Jiahe County Tobacco Company.
