钰景园林公司企业竞争力研究

【摘要】：随着生产力的发展,企业竞争力在企业的生存和发展中所起的作用越来越显著。作为重要的战略性问题,近年来学者们从多层次、多角度研究了评价和提升企业竞争力的方法,形成了较为系统的理论。随着我国市场经济的快速发展,各大企业和科研机构对企业竞争力的关注度越来越高,对于正处于发展初期、快速增长、白热化竞争的园林行业来说,企业竞争力的研究更显得非常必要。 本文以钰景园林公司作为研究对象,运用竞争力及有关管理学的知识,从企业所处的宏观环境、行业竞争环境以及内部条件的分析入手,对公司企业竞争力进行系统研究。在研究方法上,本文主要采用PEST分析模型、IFE矩阵分析和波特五力模型分析三大分析工具,结合访谈、电话咨询等方式收集相关数据,经研究总结出公司现阶段的竞争优劣势,利用差异化竞争理论和优势资源理论,从核心竞争力、内部管理、市场营销和外部拓展几个方面提出提升企业竞争力策略。在此基础上,还提出了园林景观设计、施工、管护、研发的一体化发展战略。
[Abstract]:With the development of productive forces, the competitiveness of enterprises plays a more and more important role in the survival and development of enterprises. As an important strategic issue, scholars have studied the methods of evaluating and promoting the competitiveness of enterprises from multi-level and multi-angle in recent years, and have formed a more systematic theory. With the rapid development of China's market economy, enterprises and scientific research institutions pay more and more attention to the competitiveness of enterprises. For the garden industry, which is in the initial stage of development, rapid growth, and white-hot competition, It is more necessary to study the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes Yok Jing Garden Company as the research object, applies the knowledge of competitiveness and relevant management, starts with the analysis of the macro-environment, the competition environment and the internal conditions of the enterprise, and makes a systematic study on the competitiveness of the company. In the research method, this paper mainly uses the PEST analysis model, the IFE matrix analysis and the Porter five forces model analysis three major analysis tools, combines the interview, the telephone consultation and so on to collect the related data, through the research summarizes the company present stage competition advantage and the disadvantage, By using the theory of differential competition and the theory of superior resources, this paper puts forward some strategies to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises from the aspects of core competence, internal management, marketing and external expansion. On this basis, also put forward the landscape design, construction, management, research and development of integrated development strategy.
