基于国际经济合作的国有大中型建筑企业发展战略研究

【摘要】:国有大中型建筑企业作为我国建筑业发展的“主力军”,在一定程度上决定了建筑业的基本走向和发展水平,但我国建筑业的增长有一大弊端,,即其增长主要被动受惠于国内投资的拉动,国外市场贡献度只有5.48%,这对于国有大中型建筑企业的长远发展是非常不利的。随着投资拉动弊端的逐渐显现以及我国经济改革政策的稳步推行,在房地产市场理性回归,基建投资收缩,国内建设需求下降的大背景下,越来越多的建筑企业更加关注国际市场。然而自2008年金融危机之后,全球经济形势也不容乐观,经济下行风险较大,如何在复杂的国际局势中确定未来发展走向,找到适合自身的发展战略成为了国有大中型建筑企业克敌致胜的关键,是值得深入探讨的。 本文基于此,在分析了国有大中型建筑企业开展国际经济合作的动因及可行性的基础上,对国有大中型建筑企业开展国际经济合作的内外部环境进行战略分析,并运用SWOT矩阵分析法进行战略选择,确立了多国本土化的基本国际化战略方案,提出了由建设与融资并重到相关多元化的发展道路,进而阐述了具体的市场、技术以及人才战略作为补充。最后本文从组织结构、企业文化、风险管理、企业品牌等几方面提出了具体的战略实施建议。通过本文的研究,以期为我国国有大中型建筑企业国际经济合作战略方向的确定提供参考和建议,对促进中国建筑企业的外向化发展以及我国建筑企业战略的制定具有一定的应用价值和现实意义。
[Abstract]:State-owned large and medium-sized construction enterprises, as the "main force" in the development of the construction industry in China, to a certain extent determine the basic trend and development level of the construction industry, but the growth of the construction industry in China has a major drawback. That is, its growth is mainly passive to benefit from domestic investment, foreign market contribution is only 5.48%, which is very bad for the long-term development of large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises. With the gradual appearance of the drawback of investment pull and the steady implementation of China's economic reform policy, under the background of the rational return of the real estate market, the contraction of capital construction investment and the decline of domestic construction demand, More and more construction enterprises pay more attention to the international market. However, since the 2008 financial crisis, the global economic situation is also not optimistic, the downside risk of the economy is high, how to determine the future development direction in the complex international situation, Finding a suitable development strategy has become the key to the success of the state-owned large and medium-sized construction enterprises, and it is worthy of in-depth discussion. Based on this, on the basis of analyzing the motivation and feasibility of international economic cooperation in large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises, this paper makes a strategic analysis of the internal and external environment of international economic cooperation in large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises. And using the SWOT matrix analysis method to carry on the strategic choice, has established the multi-country localization basic internationalization strategy plan, has proposed the development path from the construction and the financing equal emphasis to the related diversification, then elaborated the concrete market, Technology and talent strategy are complementary. Finally, this paper puts forward concrete strategic implementation suggestions from the aspects of organizational structure, corporate culture, risk management, enterprise brand and so on. Through the research in this paper, the author hopes to provide references and suggestions for the determination of the strategic direction of international economic cooperation among large and medium-sized state-owned construction enterprises in China. It has certain application value and practical significance to promote the extroverted development of Chinese construction enterprises and to formulate the construction enterprise strategy of our country.
