杭锦能源公司发展战略与风险控制研究

【摘要】:近几年,虽受到国家宏观经济高速发展的影响和拉动,煤炭行业进入了快速、全新发展的黄金期,但进入2012年,煤炭市场价格波动加大,出现了供大于求、产能阶段性过盛的矛盾,各地区各大煤炭企业竞相发展,对资源、市场、通道的争夺日益激烈,竞争压力加大,盈利空间缩小,给企业经营创效带来较大冲击。同时,全国煤炭企业重大安全事故在近两年中相继发生,煤矿安全生产形势严峻。 正处于建设起步阶段的杭锦能源公司无论从整个煤炭行业和神华集团发展战略来看,还是从内部建设管理来看,,都面临着巨大的压力和挑战,所以,如何科学合理的制定企业发展战略和有效提高企业风险抵抗能力,已成为杭锦能源公司在企业发展中急需解决的重要课题。 论文通过PEST分析法、SWOT分析法、概率论及梳理统计法等企业发展战略及风险相关理论,细致分析了煤炭行业的宏观环境及杭锦能源公司外部环境和内部环境情况,并结合杭锦能源公司的实际情况,研究了企业本身的优势与劣势、机会与威胁。得出了“科学发展、做强做精,强化管理、整体提升,安全高效、争创一流”的战略方针和“建设集团一流能源企业”的战略目标,坚持“新公司大贡献”导向,初步形成了“以生产为依托、以营销为主导”的发展思路,并通过“安全本质安全”“经济本质安全”“政治本质安全”三个管理标准,结合公司实际、通过创新经营、细化流程等管理模式有效对公司存在风险进行管控,以应对各方面竞争中带来的压力和挑战。 本论文的研究虽然只是针对杭锦能源公司的发展战略和风险管控,但相信对于其他的正处于发展建设中的煤炭企业如何制定适合本企业的发展战略与风险管控措施会起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, although the coal industry has entered a golden period of rapid and new development under the influence and pull of the high-speed development of the national macro-economy, in 2012, the price fluctuation of the coal market has increased, and there has been an oversupply over demand. The contradiction of excessive production capacity, the competing development of major coal enterprises in various regions, the increasingly fierce competition for resources, markets and channels, the increasing pressure of competition, and the narrowing of profit space have brought about a great impact on the operation and efficiency of enterprises. At the same time, major safety accidents happened in coal enterprises in the last two years, and the situation of safety production in coal mines is severe. Hangjin Energy Company, which is in the initial stage of construction, is facing enormous pressure and challenges from the perspective of the development strategy of the entire coal industry and Shenhua Group, or from the point of view of internal construction management. How to scientifically and reasonably formulate the enterprise development strategy and effectively improve the enterprise risk resistance ability has become an important issue urgently to be solved in the enterprise development of Hangjin Energy Company. This paper analyzes the macro environment of coal industry and the external and internal environment of Hangjin Energy Company by means of PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, probability analysis and statistical analysis of enterprise development strategies and risk-related theories, and analyzes in detail the macro-environment of coal industry and the external and internal environment of Hangzhou Jin Energy Company. Combined with the actual situation of Hangjin Energy Company, this paper studies the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the enterprise itself. The strategic principles of "scientific development, strengthening and improving, strengthening management, promoting the whole, safe and efficient, striving for first-class energy enterprises" and the strategic objectives of "first-class energy enterprises of the Construction Group" are drawn, and the orientation of "great contribution of the new company" is adhered to. The development idea of "relying on production and taking marketing as the leading factor" has been formed initially, and through the three management standards of "safety essence security", "economic essence security", "political essence security", combining with the company's reality, through innovative management, In order to deal with the pressure and challenge in all aspects of competition, the management mode such as refining process can effectively control the risk of the company in order to meet the pressure and challenge brought by the competition. Although the research in this paper is only aimed at the development strategy and risk control of Hangjin Energy Company, But it is believed that it can be used for reference for other coal enterprises which are in the process of development and construction how to formulate the development strategy and risk control measures suitable for the enterprise.
