A企业员工薪酬满意度研究

【摘要】:如何吸引、留住企业发展所需要的人才,如何稳定企业员工队伍,优化人力资源配置,是企业开展人力资源管理必须面临和解决的课题。在这个课题中,发挥首要和关键作用的是薪酬。加强对员工薪酬满意度情况进行调查研究,能够不断优化员工薪酬管理模式,提升员工的薪酬满意度,进而提升员工工作效率,实现企业战略目标。研究A企业员工薪酬满意度可以为大型国有企业人力资源薪酬管理提供有益的参考,可以为烟草生产类工业企业薪酬管理提供有益的探索。 全文共分为六个章节。第一章介绍了选题背景、研究意义、研究思路与方法,阐述了国内外相关文献。第二章界定了薪酬满意度的概念,简要介绍了员工薪酬满意度相关理论,包括需求层次理论、双因素理论、期望理论、公平理论。第三章介绍了A企业情况和薪酬管理现状。第四章是本文的重点内容,通过整理统计问卷调查数据,采用因子分析方法对A企业员工薪酬满意度现状进行分析研究,找出影响A企业薪酬满意度的主要因素。第五章针对研究结论提出改进提高薪酬满意度的策略建议。第六章探讨了研究薪酬满意度需要关注的方面。
[Abstract]:How to attract and retain the talents needed for the development of enterprises, how to stabilize the staff of enterprises, and how to optimize the allocation of human resources are the issues that must be faced and solved in the development of human resources management in enterprises. In this topic, the primary and key role is compensation. Strengthening the investigation and research on employee's salary satisfaction can continuously optimize the salary management mode, improve the employee's salary satisfaction, and then improve the employee's working efficiency and realize the strategic goal of the enterprise. The study of employee salary satisfaction in enterprise A can provide a useful reference for human resources compensation management in large state-owned enterprises and a beneficial exploration for salary management in tobacco production industrial enterprises. The full text is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, research significance, research ideas and methods, and describes the relevant literature at home and abroad. The second chapter defines the concept of salary satisfaction, and briefly introduces the related theories of employee compensation satisfaction, including demand hierarchy theory, two-factor theory, expectation theory, and fairness theory. The third chapter introduces the situation of A enterprise and the current situation of salary management. The fourth chapter is the key content of this paper. Through sorting out the questionnaire data, using the factor analysis method to analyze the current situation of salary satisfaction of employees in A enterprise, find out the main factors that affect the salary satisfaction of A enterprise. The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the salary satisfaction. The sixth chapter discusses the aspects that need to be paid attention to in the study of salary satisfaction.
