天津中燃内部服务质量提升策略研究

【摘要】:随着国际航运业的蓬勃发展,越来越多的航运船舶投入到航运运输行业中同样伴随国际航运业的发展,船舶燃料供应企业也如雨后春笋般孕育而生,尤其近几年来,各个港口的船舶燃料供应企业更是发展迅猛,面对如此的发展机遇,我们也要清醒的认识到机遇与挑战并存的道理——面对企业间严峻的竞争形势,如何利用提高企业内部服务质量来提高企业经济效益是我们亟待解决的问题。 长期以来,国内外对于提高企业外部服务质量来提高企业效益的理论层出不穷,研究理论的深入使得各行各业的企业对于外部服务质量的要求越来越高,岂不知内部服务质量也很重要。但是对于内部服务质量的研究理论还不是很多,如果在面对企业竞争时,我们彼此之间都很重视外部服务质量的提高,不积极思考与审视企业内部服务质量,其生存与竞争空间势必将越走越窄。因此,企业应该在日常的管理中运用管理学、人力资源管理学、服务管理学、企业文化学等理论,利用提高内部服务质量,对企业内部各部门进行改革和优化,确保企业在激烈的市场竞争中获得生存和发展的空间。 本论文以天津中燃船舶燃料有限公司为样本,分析其内部服务质量的不足之处,总结了天津中燃船舶燃料有限公司内部服务质量提高的途径,并在此基础上,提出了提高其内部服务质量的途径的实施策略及具体的操作思路,为进一步提高企业竞争力提供了管理保障,从而在激烈的市场竞争中获得更多的利益,本文是笔者自身通过长期的工作实践以及对企业各部门考察、了解得出的一些提高企业内部服务质量的具体实施策略,对于企业的未来发展是大有益处的。

Therefore, the enterprise should use the theory of management, human resource management, service management, enterprise culture and so on in the daily management to improve the internal quality of service and reform and optimize the internal departments of the enterprise. To ensure the survival and development of the enterprise in the fierce market competition In this paper, the defects of the internal service quality of the fuel co., ltd. of Tianjin Zhongburn Marine Fuel Co., Ltd. are analyzed, and the ways to improve the internal quality of service in Tianjin Zhongsheng Marine Fuel Co., Ltd. are summarized. On the base of this, the implementation strategy of improving the internal quality of service and the concrete operation thought are put forward, so as to provide the management guarantee for further improving the enterprise's competitive power, so as to get more in the fierce market competition In this paper, the author, through the long-term practice of work and the inspection of the various departments of the enterprise, is of great importance to the future development of the enterprise.
