H公司年产12万吨高档生活用纸项目人力资源配置研究

【摘要】:《造纸产业发展政策》指出,发展我国造纸产业,必须坚持循环发展、环境保护技术。近年来,其他国家造纸业产生了大量新技术。约束于保护资源、环境等因素,造纸产业应在节能减排、环境保护、产品质量、生产效益等方面不断加强,目前造纸产业呈现出产品日益多样、生产更加清洁环保、规模不断扩大、技术集成日益推进、林纸一体化加深、合作全球化等特征。随着国内零售业态的多元化,超市、大卖场已经成为零售业态的主流,终端市场对于生活用纸企业的重要性越来越明显,提高产品质量,降低成本,发展现代化的生活用纸规模生产企业是大势所趋。 为此,本文拟将项目人力资源配置管理的相关理论及方法与H公司年产12万吨高档生活用纸项目实际相结合,从项目人力资源配置现状及问题分析、项目人力资源配置优化、加强项目人力资源管理的策略等方面对本项目进行系统深入的人力资源配置管理研究,以切实加强本项目的人力资源管理,实现项目的顺利竣工及良好的经济、社会效益。
[Abstract]:The paper industry development policy points out that the development of China's paper industry must adhere to circular development and environmental protection technology. In recent years, the paper industry in other countries has produced a large number of new technologies. Restricted to the protection of resources and environmental factors, the paper industry should continue to strengthen energy conservation and emission reduction, environmental protection, product quality, production benefits, and so on. At present, the paper industry presents increasingly diverse products and cleaner production and environmental protection. The scale expands continuously, the technology integration advances day by day, the forest paper integration deepens, the cooperation globalization and so on characteristic. With the diversification of domestic retail formats, supermarkets and retail outlets have become the mainstream of retail formats, and the end market is becoming more and more important for domestic paper enterprises to improve the quality of products and reduce costs. It is the general trend to develop modern scale production enterprises of daily paper. Therefore, this paper intends to combine the relevant theory and method of project human resource allocation management with the actual production of 120000 tons of high-grade living paper project in H Company, from the analysis of the present situation and problems of the project human resource allocation, and the optimization of the project human resource allocation, In order to strengthen the human resource management of the project and realize the smooth completion of the project and good economic and social benefits, the strategy of human resource management of the project has been systematically and deeply studied in order to strengthen the human resource management of the project in order to realize the successful completion of the project and the good economic and social benefits.
