面向成本领先的制造型企业供应链优化

【摘要】:随着经济全球化浪潮席卷世界的每个角落,企业间的竞争已经从传统的产品性能与价格间的竞争,延伸到企业生产与经营的其它方面,企业管理的重点也不再局限于生产或销售,企业的经营者开始将目光投向企业运营中的其它领域,以挖掘企业的潜能。而越来越多的跨国企业在经济全球化背景下,开始将生产、经营与销售的各个环节放置在不同的国家或区域,从而加大了供应链管理难度,对企业的运营成本也造成一定影响。另一方面,,由于某些企业在管理理念与经营思想方面的局限性,造成了企业在制定供应链流程时和在供应链运营管理中,存在这样或那样的问题,进而对企业供应链运营效率与效能产生直接影响,增加了企业供应链成本,企业的运营成本也就随之增加。基于以上几点因素,越来越多的企业,特别是生产型企业,开始将优化供应链管理流程,作为降低企业运营成本、获得竞争优势的主要手段。 本文则以此为切入点,针对大多数生产型企业在供应链运营过程中所面临的几个主要问题,对其产生原因、不良影响与解决方案做出研究。其中重点研究了如何采用JIT的管理思想改善企业运营流程,JIT管理思想与传统供应链管理思想的区别以及利用JIT管理思想对企业获得竞争优势的重要影响;通过对企业实施ERP/SAP系统实例的介绍,分析了企业应用ERP/SAP的基本流程,和该系统对于企业改善自身供应链流程,规范企业运营管理所产生重要作用;针对很多生产型企业在供应链运营过程中所面临的牛鞭效应问题,本文则分析了其产生原因,并提出应以通过建立企业战略联盟来加强信息共享为核心思想的解决方案,以帮助企业消除牛鞭效应所带来的不利影响,降低企业运营成本;在计算安全库存和采购批量的问题上,本文介绍了几种科学计算安全库存和最优采购批量的模型,并以企业实例为基础对其进行演算,以研究其对企业降低供应链成本的作用。 通过对这些重点问题的研究,本文分析了改善供应链流程对于降低企业供应链成本的重要意义,并为企业提供了调节自身运营流程的理论基础与具体方法,从而为企业降低运营成本,增强核心竞争力提供了有效途径。
[Abstract]:With the tide of economic globalization sweeping every corner of the world, the competition among enterprises has extended from the traditional competition between product performance and price to other aspects of enterprise production and management. The focus of enterprise management is no longer limited to production or sales, the operators of enterprises begin to focus on other areas of enterprise operation, in order to tap the potential of enterprises. Under the background of economic globalization, more and more multinational enterprises begin to place the links of production, operation and sales in different countries or regions, which increases the difficulty of supply chain management and has a certain impact on the operating costs of enterprises. On the other hand, due to the limitations of some enterprises in the management concept and management thought, there are some problems in the formulation of supply chain process and in the operation and management of supply chain. Furthermore, it has a direct impact on the operational efficiency and efficiency of the enterprise supply chain, and increases the cost of the enterprise supply chain, and the operating cost of the enterprise also increases. Based on the above factors, more and more enterprises, especially production enterprises, begin to optimize the supply chain management process as the main means to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and obtain competitive advantage. Based on this, this paper studies the causes, adverse effects and solutions of several main problems faced by most production enterprises in the process of supply chain operation. Among them, it focuses on how to use JIT management thought to improve the enterprise operation process, the difference between JIT management thought and traditional supply chain management thought, and the important influence of using JIT management thought on enterprises to obtain competitive advantage. Through the introduction of an example of implementing ERP/SAP system in an enterprise, this paper analyzes the basic process of applying ERP/SAP in an enterprise, and the important role of the system in improving its own supply chain process and standardizing the operation and management of an enterprise. In view of the bullwhip effect faced by many production enterprises in the process of supply chain operation, this paper analyzes the causes of the bullwhip effect, and puts forward the solution of strengthening information sharing through the establishment of strategic alliance of enterprises. In order to help enterprises eliminate the adverse effects of bullwhip effect and reduce the operating costs of enterprises; On the problem of calculating safe inventory and purchasing batch, this paper introduces several models for calculating safe inventory and optimal purchasing batch scientifically, and calculates them on the basis of enterprise examples in order to study their effect on reducing the cost of supply chain. Through the study of these key problems, this paper analyzes the significance of improving the supply chain process to reduce the cost of the enterprise supply chain, and provides the theoretical basis and concrete methods for the enterprise to adjust its own operation process. Thus, it provides an effective way for enterprises to reduce operating costs and enhance core competitiveness.
