提高我国汽车零部件产业出口国际竞争力研究

【摘要】:自十一五以来,我国汽车产业迎来了发展的黄金时期,根据中国汽车工业协会数据统计,2011年我国汽车产销量双双超过1800万辆,其中生产量为1841.89万辆,同比增长0.8%,销售1850.51万辆,同比增长2.5%。2012年前四个月我国汽车产量为643.19万辆,销量为641.75万辆。随着我国消费水平的提高以及国家一系列扩大内需政策的出台,我国居民对汽车产品需求日益增加,,正逐步发展成为汽车消费大国,而作为汽车产业链的前沿—汽车零部件产业,是汽车产业的重要组成部分,其发展水平直接决定着一国汽车产业发展水平的高低。同时,世界各大汽车零部件生产商瞄准我国这一需求潜力,纷纷来华设厂抢占我国汽车零部件市场份额,国内汽车零部件生厂商面临极大的竞争压力。再加上我国汽车零部件产业本身起步较晚,发展水平缓慢,在全球化采购和国际化分工的大背景下,如何能够有效地抓住自身发展优势,提高产品出口国际竞争力,已经成为国内众多汽车零部件企业以及汽车生产企业所关注的一个焦点。认真分析当前我国汽车零部件产业出口国际竞争力,不仅有助于指导进而提出提升我国汽车零部件产业出口国际竞争力的方法,而且对政府提出合理可行的宏观政策提供了方向。 本文研究可以分为七个部分:第一部分是本文研究的导论部分。首先论述了提高我国汽车零部件产业出口国际竞争力的研究背景和研究意义,然后简单说明了本篇论文的研究目标、使用的研究方法以及研究内容,接着总结国内外对产品国际竞争力研究的相关成果,最后提出本文的创新之处;第二部分是产业出口国际竞争力的基础理论,简要介绍了本人研究的理论基础,包括比较优势理论、国家竞争优势理论以及“钻石模型”理论等;第三部分是从生产、销售和进出口三个方面对我国汽车零部件产业发展的现状进行分析;第四部分是本文的核心内容,使用贸易竞争力指数、国际市场占有率和显示性比较优势指数三个测定指标,测算我国汽车零部件产业出口国际竞争力;第五部分分别从生产要素,需求条件,企业战略、结构与竞争状态,相关与支持产业,机遇,政府行为六个方面研究分析我国汽车零部件产业出口国际竞争力的影响因素;第六部分探讨提高我国汽车零部件产业出口国际竞争力的途径;第七部分是本文的结束部分。首先简单总结了前面的研究结论,接着找到该研究的不足,最后展望了未来的可行性研究方向。
[Abstract]:Since the 11th five-year Plan, China's automobile industry has ushered in a golden period of development. according to the statistics of the China Automobile Industry Association, in 2011, China's automobile production and sales both exceeded 18 million vehicles, of which 18.4189 million were produced, an increase of 0.8 percent over the same period last year. Sales of 18.5051 million vehicles, up 2.5 percent from the same period last year. In the first four months of 2012, China produced 6.4319 million vehicles and sold 6.4175 million vehicles. With the improvement of the consumption level of our country and the introduction of a series of national policies to expand domestic demand, the demand for automobile products by Chinese residents is increasing day by day, and is gradually developing into a big country of automobile consumption. As the frontier of automobile industry chain, auto parts industry is an important part of automobile industry, and its development level directly determines the development level of a country's automobile industry. At the same time, aiming at the demand potential of our country, the major auto parts manufacturers in the world have come to China to set up factories to seize the market share of auto parts in our country, and the domestic auto parts manufacturers are facing great competitive pressure. In addition, China's auto parts industry itself started relatively late and the level of development is slow. Under the background of global procurement and international division of labor, how can we effectively grasp their own development advantages and improve the international competitiveness of product exports. It has become a focus of attention of many domestic auto parts enterprises and automobile production enterprises. A careful analysis of the export international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry is not only helpful to guide and then put forward the methods to enhance the export international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry. And it provides a direction for the government to put forward a reasonable and feasible macro policy. This paper can be divided into seven parts: the first part is the introduction of this paper. This paper first discusses the research background and significance of improving the international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry, and then briefly explains the research objectives, research methods and research contents of this paper. Then it summarizes the relevant results of the research on the international competitiveness of products at home and abroad, and finally puts forward the innovations of this paper. The second part is the basic theory of the international competitiveness of industrial export, which briefly introduces the theoretical basis of my research, including the theory of comparative advantage, the theory of national competitive advantage and the theory of "diamond model". The third part analyzes the present situation of the development of auto parts industry in China from three aspects: production, sales and import and export. The fourth part is the core content of this paper, using trade competitiveness index, international market share and display comparative advantage index to measure the international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry export; The fifth part studies and analyzes the influencing factors of the export international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry from six aspects: production factors, demand conditions, enterprise strategy, structure and competition state, related and supporting industries, opportunities, and government behavior. The sixth part discusses the ways to improve the international competitiveness of China's auto parts industry export; the seventh part is the end of this paper. First of all, the previous research conclusions are briefly summarized, then the shortcomings of the study are found, and finally the future feasibility research direction is prospected.
