IBM沈阳分公司知识型员工绩效管理研究
[Abstract]:In enterprise human resource management, performance management is the core, but also the center and focus of management. All human resources management activities can not be separated from the performance management of employees, are carried out around performance management. How to improve the quality of employees through performance management, and then improve the efficiency of the enterprise has become a key issue. IBM Shenyang Branch is one of the major divisions of IBM in China, and it is a region with large sales and profits of IBM in mainland China. The company has 202 employees, the proportion of graduates above the subject level is more than 90%. In order to further improve the competitiveness of enterprises, improve human resources management, and adapt to the new situation of rapid changes in the current market, we should improve the performance management level of employees. As an established IT enterprise, there are some problems in the performance management, such as the deviation of the understanding of the performance management, the performance indicators need to be optimized and so on. How to solve many problems by constructing a scientific and effective enterprise performance management system in the new situation is the most important problem of human resources management. Therefore, according to the development environment, enterprise foundation and cultural atmosphere, the company must explore a performance management model that adapts to its own characteristics and is realistic. According to the relevant theory of performance management, according to the actual situation of IBM Shenyang Branch, this paper puts forward the process mode of implementing performance management in IBM Shenyang Branch, studies the contents of performance planning, performance communication, performance evaluation and performance analysis and guidance, or the related key issues involved in them, and through case analysis, This paper attempts to solve the problem of knowledge staff performance management in Shenyang Branch of IBM by using scientific performance management methods and theories.
