论国民党战时贸易统制政策对猪鬃产业发展的影响——以抗战前后四川猪鬃产业开发的异同比较为例

【摘要】：四川猪鬃产业始于清末,经过数十年的演进,形成了较为固定的发展模式。但是,随着抗日战争的爆发,猪鬃产业发展的环境发生了重大变化,在贸易方式、开发范围、经营条件、质量标准等方面较之过去有了较大的调整。这种变化很大程度上是政府猪鬃贸易统制政策作用的结果。这种变化有助于猪鬃业的近代化转型,带动大后方猪鬃产业的发展。
[Abstract]:Sichuan bristle industry began in the late Qing Dynasty, after decades of evolution, formed a more fixed development model. However, with the outbreak of the War of Resistance against Japan, the environment for the development of bristle industry has undergone great changes, and there have been great adjustments in the mode of trade, the scope of development, business conditions, quality standards and so on. This change is to a large extent the result of the government bristle trade control policy. This change is helpful to the modernization and transformation of pig mane industry and leads to the development of bristle industry in the rear area.
