民族地方自然保护区移民经济状况的调查研究——以内蒙古扎鲁特旗的自然保护区移民为例

【摘要】：改革开放三十年,中国不仅重视经济社会的发展还注重自然环境的保护。本文是以内蒙古自治区扎鲁特旗自然保护区移民为例,通过对罕山无人无畜封禁保护区和荷叶花湿地自然保护区两地移民经济状况的调查,总结出合理给予经济补偿和完善移民安置是实施移民政策的重要前提,是完善社会主义新农村、新牧区建设的重要步骤。
[Abstract]:Thirty years of reform and opening up, China protection not only attach importance to the economic and social development but also pay attention to the natural environment. This paper is based on the the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Zhaluteqi nature reserve immigration as an example, through the investigation of Han Shan unmanned livestock sealed conservation areas and lotus flower Wetland Nature reserve between immigrants and economic status, summed up the reasonable economic compensation and perfect resettlement is an important prerequisite for the implementation of immigration policy, is to improve the new socialist countryside, an important step in the construction of new pastoral areas.
