【摘要】：河北省环绕北京,每年一方面需要投入大量人力、物力、财力,维护首都安全稳定,特别是每次重大活动承办前一段时间,都需要对大批企业进行临时性关停或限产,导致河北省安保成本日益上升的同时,还要面对财政收入减少的困难。本文测算了首都举办重大活动给河北带来的直接和间接财政影响,并据此提出了相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:Hebei Province around Beijing, on the one hand need to invest a lot of human, material and financial resources, to maintain the security and stability of the capital, especially each major event held some time ago. The need for a large number of enterprises to temporarily shut down or limit production, resulting in increasing security costs in Hebei Province at the same time. This paper estimates the direct and indirect financial impact of the major activities held in the capital city of Hebei Province and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions.
