【摘要】：论文针对政府购买服务项目化的运作研究,主要是从项目制与社会组织服务供给困境出发,通过政府购买社会组织服务概述,对项目制运行特点及影响进行分析。然后,论文根据政府购买服务项目化运作流程,提出项目制与社会组织服务供给所面临的种种困境。最后,论文对实现政府购买服务项目化良性运作的具体对策展开论述。希望能为社会组织走出服务供给能力困境提供参考性建议。
[Abstract]:The thesis aims at the operation research of the government purchase service project, mainly from the project system and the social organization service supply predicament, through the government purchase social organization service summary. Then, according to the operation process of government purchase service project, the paper puts forward the difficulties of project system and social organization service supply. Finally, the paper analyzes the operation characteristics and impact of the project system. Finally, the paper puts forward the difficulties faced by the project system and the social organization service supply. The paper discusses the concrete countermeasures to realize the benign operation of the government purchase service project and hopes to provide reference suggestions for social organizations to get out of the difficult position of service supply ability.
