优化长春市轨道交通产业链的财税政策研究

【摘要】：轨道交通产业是以高新技术为引领的战略性新兴产业,是推动工业转型升级的引擎。长春市轨道交通产业发展较早,具备了一定的基础,在打造吉林工业品牌、促进产业升级、带动行业发展、支持企业走出去等方面发挥了重要作用,成为推动长春市乃至吉林省经济发展的重要力量。目前,优化长春市轨道交通产业链仍有较大空间,需要在拓宽融资渠道、完善税收制度、丰富税收优惠、强化纳税服务等方面采取相应的对策,运用财税政策助力长春市轨道交通产业发展壮大。
[Abstract]:Rail transit industry is a strategic emerging industry led by high and new technology, and an engine to promote industrial transformation and upgrading. Changchun rail transit industry developed earlier, with a certain foundation, in the creation of Jilin industrial brand. Promoting industrial upgrading, promoting the development of the industry, supporting enterprises to go out, and so on has played an important role in promoting the economic development of Changchun and even Jilin Province. There is still much room to optimize Changchun rail transit industry chain. It is necessary to take corresponding countermeasures in widening financing channels, perfecting tax system, enriching tax preference and strengthening tax service. The use of fiscal and taxation policies to help Changchun rail transit industry development and growth.
