大数据时代我国财政信息共享的思考

【摘要】：大数据时代把社会信息重新整合成为海量、无边界、高增长率和多样化的信息资产,对壁垒重重的政府财政信息共享工作提出了新的研究内容。运用大数据构建数据驱动型财政管理模式,把数据与财政信息共享有机契合,革新财政信息共享流程,促进财政信息共享高效化。立足"金财工程"建设现状和比较分析的基础上,本文提出,应按照财政部门间业务关系紧密程度,建立基础信息库、财税信息库和内部信息库,并在战略周详的基础上完善大数据法律体系,在财政信息共享实际应用中实现政企合作与人才培养,并建立严格的信息质量体系。
[Abstract]:The big data era reintegrated social information into massive, borderless, high-growth and diversified information assets. This paper puts forward a new research content for the government financial information sharing work which is full of barriers. Using big data to construct the data-driven financial management mode, the data and the financial information sharing are combined organically. Innovating the flow of financial information sharing and promoting the high efficiency of financial information sharing. Based on the present situation and comparative analysis of the construction of "golden and financial engineering", this paper puts forward that the business relationship between financial departments should be closely related. We should establish basic information base, finance and tax information database and internal information database, perfect big data's legal system on the basis of thorough strategy, and realize the cooperation between government and enterprise and the cultivation of talents in the practical application of financial information sharing. And establish strict information quality system.
