试论财政学界在公共财政建设中的作用与担当

【摘要】：公共财政的建设是伴随着我国社会主义市场经济体制建立而不断深化的。由于各种因素的影响,当前仍然面临着一系列的难题。财政学界有责任也有能力在公共财政的建设中发挥更加积极的作用。财政学界要当好政府财政决策的智库,要促进公共管理部门及其管理者公共理财的自律性,并为社会公众公共财政意识和行为的塑造提供引导作用。
[Abstract]:The construction of public finance is deepening with the establishment of socialist market economy system in our country, because of the influence of various factors. At present, there are still a series of difficult problems. The financial circles have the responsibility and the ability to play a more active role in the construction of public finance. It is necessary to promote the self-discipline of public management departments and their managers, and to provide guidance for the shaping of public financial consciousness and behavior.
