美国主权债务问题对中国经济的影响

【摘要】：2008年的全球金融危机使全球经济陷入衰退，为了克服经济危机的影响，美国的财政赤字开始极速扩张。2010年欧洲主权债务危机爆发，给尚未恢复的全球经济又一次强烈冲击。随着美国财政赤字的扩张，美国的主权债务规模急剧膨胀并导致主权信用评级被下调，引发了各界对美国主权债务问题的担忧。尽管目前美国经济形势已有所好转，财政赤字缩减幅度也较大，，但是美国联邦政府债务的规模仍旧持续走高。为应对主权债务风险，美国已经实施的宽松的货币政策直接导致美元的相对贬值及美国国债市场价值的下跌。尽管预期的经济前景良好，但是美国主权债务问题不会因此而云散烟消。作为美国最大的债权国，中国直接面对的美国主权债务问题的压力是巨大的。美国国债的“间接违约”使中国的外汇储备价值受损，人民币升值压力增大并影响中国的出口贸易，输入型通货膨胀也严重影响了中国经济的稳定运行。
[Abstract]:In 2008, the global financial crisis plunged the global economy into recession. To overcome the impact of the economic crisis, the United States fiscal deficit began to expand at an extremely high speed. In 2010, the European sovereign debt crisis broke out. Another strong shock to the unrecovered global economy. As America's fiscal deficit expands, the size of its sovereign debt ballooned and led to a downgrade of its sovereign credit rating. It has raised concerns about the U.S. sovereign debt problem. Although the U.S. economic situation has improved and the fiscal deficit has shrunk by a large margin, the size of the U.S. federal government debt continues to rise. The loose monetary policy already in place in the United States has led directly to the relative depreciation of the dollar and the decline in the market value of U.S. Treasury bonds. But the U. S. sovereign debt problem won't go away. As America's largest creditor, The pressure on China's direct U. S. sovereign debt problem is enormous. The "indirect default" of US Treasuries has damaged the value of China's foreign exchange reserves, increasing the pressure on the appreciation of the renminbi and affecting China's export trade. Import inflation also seriously affected the stable operation of the Chinese economy.
